Catatan penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, yang tidak saya lihat dalam ulasan sebelum memesan. Namun, menurut saya hanya ada 2 lantai dan staf akan dengan senang hati membantu membawakan barang bawaan Anda. Namun, saya rasa ini perlu diperhatikan karena bisa jadi tidak nyaman bagi orang tua dan orang-orang yang membawa banyak barang. Kebersihan hotel juga dapat ditingkatkan, tidak terlalu buruk tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Koridor hotel berbau dan kamar juga sedikit berbau saat kami pertama kali masuk. Selain itu, kamar mandinya agak kotor saat kami pertama kali masuk. Hotel ini dikelilingi oleh toko-toko lokal, tetapi jika Anda mencari mal dan restoran besar, Anda perlu berjalan kaki 10-15 menit ke Xintiandi dan stasiun metro terdekat. Tidak terlalu jauh, tetapi juga tidak bisa dianggap dekat mengingat cuaca dan panasnya Shanghai. Ada beberapa halte bus di sekitar yang dapat mengantar Anda ke tempat-tempat seperti Jalan Nanjing dan Bund dalam waktu sekitar 30 menit, tetapi Anda perlu memeriksa peta/GPS, yang kurang nyaman dibandingkan metro.

The nearby area are residential areas, mini stores, and restaurants. Very safe, peaceful, and convenient. It’s very near to the people’s square, museum, nanjing, and the bund! But, please note that there’s no elevator. You have to ask for some help at the reception area to carry your luggage/s. ☺️ All is good because they helped me carry mine. Thank you! Love the stay! Would recommend.

Not sure how this hotel has this high review. It's location is not very convenient, it's pretty run down (table had sigarette marks, there was a leak in the reception and hole in the roof in the bathroom) there is a lot of noise in the night. Staff was nice even though they don't speak english

I don’t understand the high score of the hotel. The room itself was pretty beated-up but ok. Main problem was the noise during the night and morning. I normally can sleep with some noise, but here there are soooo many rooms (and cardboard walls) that I couldn’t sleep straight even for one night. The metro is walking distance but not that close, about 10-15min. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was quite limited as well.

The staffs is very helpful, they help us to bring up and down our baggage. The room is also clean, the locations is near with the MRT station, supermarket, and food.

Location of the hotel is really nice and close to a beautiful park, supermarkets and public transport. The breakfast did not make us happy because it was in a restaurant next to the hotel and all the options are from Asian cuisine so we couldn’t find any options and less vegetarian options also.  No elevator so for big luggage’s it could be hard but they help to carry luggage’s.

In general it is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean. People are friendly and try to help. The breakfast is outside the hotel (next to it). The breakfast is fully chinese (no toasts or coffee). Many rooms do not have windows to the outside . No elevator but they help with the luggage.

The location of this hotel was FABULOUS!! Loved the inner city local vibe. The community was friendly and hospitable. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, however there was a strong smell of smoke the entire stay. Almost unbearable, the air conditioner remained on and a room deodorizer was purchased. The hallways could do with a complete over haul, and the reception staff may need training in hosting visitors. Overall, we managed, but there could be improvements to the smoking policies and staff.
