+ The Hotel is next to Line 2, where you can go to both airports, the Bund and many more places.
The rooms are beautiful and have a shower and bathtube.
- The Hotel itself looks old.
The rooms don't get cleaned very well (I had hair in my bathtube and at my sink when I checked in).
The rooms look very used and you can see they don't get cleaned carefully.
Also the messurement writings from the construction workers are still on the tiles in the bathroom, even the renovation was long time ago.
The breakfast is okay, just the pots and glasses where you can get juice from are dirty.

Good overall for a one night stay! Room was cleaner than I expected based on the other reviews. Toilet smelled a little though, there was pee smell. But overall great stay for the process point!

Rooms are newly furnished.
Location is great, eateries around and shopping
Mall in 5mins walk.
Lobby of hotel is normal.
Breakfast spread porridge, coffee maker, bread and 5-6 hot cooked food.

Location near to what I want, Food.. Hotel only have breakfast but never try.
it's apartment type, a bit old. no renovation. no facility.

The hotel’s service was terrible. We booked 2 rooms before but when we check in, reception gave our different room. But they didnt informing us before. After we checked the room and went back to complain to the reception, they said the reason was out of rooms. In the end, they gave us a room they called a "free upgrade," but it was nothing more than an old, repurposed room. Everything was terrible without security bc delivery personnel can freely access the floors. Receptionist did not speak English. Except good location.

The room is nice with a view of the city. Over all I like the location which was convenient - a supermarket, the subway station, lots of eateries to choose. The only thing that needs to be improved are the hallways. The hallways should be lighted properly to give idea that it is a very comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is not new, but the condition of the rooms is normal, I was not pleased with the floor - it is tiled. The location is excellent. Breakfast is European, not very rich, but sufficient. The staff is very friendly

We loved the location, close to many shops and parks and a short walk from the subway.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of 3. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and a washing machine.
The bathroom was a little old and the room smelled a little stuffy but overall we think it was a great price/quality balance.

Staying 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel is very old and not well maintained, the room is spacious, the toilet / shower area is covered with mold, and the temperature of the water was not strong and constant. Had used their washing machine+dryer and it worked well, just that the loading capacity does not allow you to wash more at a time.
Breakfast is terrible, cold and the staff don't refill the food when the food is running low/ finished.
Attitudes of the reception are poor, and the worst part of this hotel is the security, as any one can just pop in ( be it food delivery / online shopping delivery) can deliver their items all the way to the guest room. I will not recommend this hotel if there is a better choice.

Room is clean, comfortable & and good size, only stayed 1 night, we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, rooms on east side of building get sun first thing in the morning, there is no curtain on the window above the toilet to block it.
