The hot water didn't work in my bathroom. The rest was OK.

The room is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice too.
The hote is near from the subway station, just only 12minutes walk. Only got problem its raining outside that i can hear the noises even the window is closed as it disturb my sleep.

nice people, fun robot, near performance venues, etc. it is gooooooooooooood! oh! but if you aren't super secure in knowledge of chinese, might want to buy food from waimai, which is super easy, too. but even so, eating out places are super friendly, too.

This hotel is amazing!!! The all staff was kindly with me as I was the unique foreign. Even they speak a little bit English, they was helpful with all things. The room was always clean and full of the accessories. The location is wonderful and close to many restaurants and entertainment. I had amazing experience there and I will come back again in the future.

A well priced hotel convenient for the city centre and very close to Suzhou Creek. Room was clean , bed comfortable and staff very pleasant.

The stay was pleasant, love the cleanliness and design for the hotel. It just that, you got to walk a bit to the train station to the city. This hotel is near to the railway station which is great if you planned to travel intercity. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Shanghai. Good value for money too.
