A Heartfelt Birthday Stay Filled with Warmth and Grace From the very beginning, this stay at The PuLi Hotel and Spa felt truly special. Before my arrival, I had written an email mentioning that it would be my birthday. To my surprise, I received a beautifully written reply from Jason—so genuine, poetic, and full of grace. His words alone already made me feel deeply welcomed and cherished. When I arrived, I was astonished to find that I had been complimentarily upgraded to a suite, complete with a lovely birthday cake and two handwritten cards prepared by Belle, a sweet college intern. Her warmth and sincerity truly touched me. At one point, I jokingly asked for extra bath amenities because I loved their scent so much. The front desk, realizing how much I liked them, surprised me by sending a generous selection of them to my room, beautifully packaged with care. I was both touched and a little shy — it felt like they could read my heart. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful details to the effortless kindness—reflected a rare kind of hospitality that comes from the heart, not from routine. To Jason, for your poetic kindness; To Belle, for your genuine warmth; and to The PuLi team, for making my birthday and reunion so unforgettable— thank you, from the bottom of my heart. This will always remain one of the most beautiful hotel memories of my life. 💛

Perfect Stay. Very Helpful staff, Convenient and Central Location. I enjoyed Sauna and Steam room very much. Great Tea Bar :)

This is still my favorite hotel ever. Service is superb. Design is on point as always. Got upgraded to a suite cuz my room wasnt ready when i was checking in. Plus they allowed me to check out at 2pm.
