My experience at the Puli was disappointing.
- although check in is 15:00, I could not check in until 16:00
- the pool was very cold. I read that it was heated, but it was too cold to swim and enjoy.
- the sauna in the men's locker room wasn't working. It wasn't hot at all.
- on the other hand, the steam room was incredibly hot, almost dangerously hot perhaps.
- no toothbrush in room.
The room is nice. The location is nice. But for the price (about 2,000 RMB a night) I don't think it's worth it at all.

It was my first time staying at The PuLi, and I was immediately captivated by its serene and elegant atmosphere. The overall design is tasteful, with attention to every detail that creates a sense of comfort and sophistication. The room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very relaxing to stay in. Special thanks to Vicky and Stephanie thoughtful service, which made the whole experience even warmer and smoother. Though the stay was short, it left a deep impression — I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I’ve stayed at Puli many times, and it never disappoints. The hotel’s serene atmosphere, elegant design, and consistently excellent service make every visit a pleasure. The rooms are always spotless and well-appointed, with a bed that guarantees a restful sleep. Jamie remains as attentive as ever, and Vicky’s warm hospitality adds to the seamless experience. This was my first time staying at Puli, and it was absolutely wonderful!
