Hotelnya bagus. Saya hanya kesal karena harus menelepon minggu berikutnya untuk menindaklanjuti fapiao saya. Mereka bilang akan mengirim email saat saya check out, tetapi 5 hari kemudian masih belum diterima. Hal yang kecil, sederhana, tetapi menyebalkan karena harus membuang waktu untuk mengurusnya.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near to metro station and has good amenities from high end to daily shopping. The hotel is good especially the staff and breakfast. The decoration and TV is dated though

Although this hotel isn't very catered to families, the suites or family connecting rooms, as well as the buffet breakfast and executive lounge options make up for it. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times with our large family, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that as a platinum bonvoy member, i'm supposed to get a welcome gift at hotel stays, but they always forget to give the welcome gift (which is usually some fruits). I always have to ask for it, which is a bit annoying.

The hotel is located strategically at a good location with good access to numerous facilities including malls

Great location and a convient mall nearby with a 24 hour gym. Close to many sites and accessibility to public transportation.

Found a strange and heavy smell, it seems the room was not ventilated for a long time.

Hotel facilities were old and needed some refresh on furniture and interior design. HVAC system seemed needed some cleaning, I could see the dust particles flowing from the air vent. Location is great from the shopping and entertainments and centrally located.

It’s a great location and easy access to metros. I will book again.

Very good location. Xujiahui is just outside of the usual Nanjing East Road area so the room cost is more affordable but it is still convenient whether by subway or Didi. Hotel is clean and services is good. You can also do ******* for your meals.

Location, location, location.... service is good, facilities seem exclusive and well mantained, rooms are spacious and clean room service fast, food not great but would do it and the pricea is just fair. Very good place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at the courtyard marriot xujiahui. A great location for access to line 1 (for the bund area) but also for line 11 for shanghai disneyland. The service was excellent and very clean. Would stay again next time we are in Shanghai
