The Yuluxe Sheshan, Shanghai, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Excellent Stay at Yuluxe for the second time. Ambiance is amazing. They are very generous that they gave a free room upgrade. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view of the garden. The staff are all serving with a sincere and kind smile. Special mention to 陈小康 who treated my niece with hospitality. Will surely recommend to friends and come back again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, slightly off the road, with beautiful and clean surrounding facilities, including a pond, swimming pool, and a sand playground for children. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet for the season but looked very inviting. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, although the young man at the reception was a bit shy and spoke very quietly. The breakfast room was large but quite noisy, likely due to the public holiday and many guests with children. It was hard to find a seat during peak breakfast time. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and electric curtains. The service was excellent, and any issues, like a problem with the air conditioning, were quickly addressed even late in the evening. Additionally, there is an indoor swimming pool and a large fitness room that looked very promising, but due to our limited time, we couldn’t try it out.

Too noisy, too close to the park with the tannoy. Food not great either. Lovely room and staff.
