Staff are friendly but not up to a "welcome to home" level. The location is great. Breakfast is just okay for the price.

I initially booked 4 days stay at this hotel, on my 2nd day I found out they never changed bed sheets after previous guests and toilet was not cleaned as well. I gave them a chance and they moved me to another room, and I asked lobby manager Kevan who was very nice to make sure it’s clean room. Unfortunately it was not and I had to leave hotel earlier. I would not be looking to stay there again with such low level of cleanliness. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Location is good.

Nice hotel, polite receptionist , housekeeping also friendly. Location is perfect . A bit ild fashioned decoration but still nice . Highly recommended

Great location. Xiojiahui Subway line1 and Line 11 can take you anywhere in the city. Hotel is well maintained and close to many shopping malls.
