一進房間一股下水道臭味，被套上各種點點灰，枕頭黑不溜秋，還有毛疙瘩，牆面上有黃不拉幾的印記不知道是啥，人員服務態度還差勁，問啥不耐煩，從前台到打掃衞生人員脾氣挺大，真是從來不差評的，實在忍不住，體驗太差，被氣的，沒留圖

首先是要對酒店前台客服的服務態度問題糾正一下，語氣較重，工作證和工作服都沒穿戴，太隨意了，第二就是酒店為什麼不配帶一次性洗漱牙刷牙膏，詢問前台工作人員態度很差，

服務很好，交通便捷，近兩三年都訂在這裏，公交地鐵尤其的方便，離火車站很近起步價，飯店便利店門口都有，叫外賣取餐都很方便。

前台態度特別差，我在**上定的更便宜，她直接説**定的不行讓我退了在攜程上訂，然後房間里居然沒有牙刷和牙膏，甚至瓶裝水也沒有，紙巾也沒有，床頭還沒有充電孔。
