hotel lobyy is on ground floor street and you go up at 4th floor by elevator is a big reception and resto.
there is welcome drink. 60 meter to nanjing road east. 5minutes to nanjing road east metro station .
there is lawson and family mart at 3minutes walking. some shop open until 11pm.
very happy to stay at hotel.

Located at very strategic location n easy access to everything : tourism spot, food, public transport, shopping mall etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very good n happy stay over here n will definitely back here again if we are to come shanghai again.

The hotel is located right next to East Nanjing road, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Highly recommended for families traveling with children.

We booked a room with 3 beds. I am pretty surprised that it is just a additional bed not those usual family room with a 'real' bed. (Refer to picture)
Overall still a good experience. Rooms are very clean & big. Location is also very good. If I ever visit Shanghai again I will book this hotel.

This hotel is very near to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street so it is within a shopping haven. The room is clean and service is excellent. I had a decent stay and will recommend to others.

We love our stay here. Location also great, easy to go to anywhere. Very close to The Bunds. Staffs are awesome as well, their response are prompt and excellent service.

Hotel is clean and location is very strategic with the nanjing road pedestrian street besides the hotel. However, the lobby of the hotel is located at 4th floor and the rooms are on 4th floor onwards with some steps in between. Might be inconvenient if coming with baby. Overall is a pleasant stay.

Right in the heart of Nanjing pedestrian street & only a couple of kilometres from the Bund.
Nothing negative to say except because the Yitel's frontage was a bit too anonymous to spot from the street.
