My stay here was fine and met my expectations. Breakfast was ok, with decent coffee and a few western items. Checking in and out was efficient and quick and the staff were polite. The room was small although the bathroom was decent and had the level of toiletries and amenities you might expect.

Good service overall

Because there was a competition nearby, I chose to stay here for 2 consecutive days. There are several similar types of express hotels around. This one is relatively new. The room layout is simple and reasonable, and the 1.5m double bed is also suitable for taking older children out. The room has windows for fresh air. There are restaurants and convenience stores around, which is quite convenient.

Since I was on a business trip, I arrived early. There were not many people on Tuesday, so the 4-hour early check-in privilege provided by Ctrip was useful! When I arrived, the front desk lady Tina had been working for a long time, but her smiling face made me feel happy all day long! The various membership benefits are superimposed, which is really great! Welcome fruits, pillow selection, etc. will really touch my heart! The housekeeping staff outside the room will also greet me with a smile and take the initiative to say hello, and I am in a really good mood! The room is very suitable for working on PPT, charging, and there are 2 work areas. I can work in the room with my colleagues (colleagues living next door will not disturb each other at all. If there are some additional needs, I will communicate with Manager Yang in the lobby, and he will try his best to help provide solutions. He is really attentive! And the housekeeping aunt Ji is also very polite. She told me how to get the cotton swab I wanted, and she will actively help me swipe the card if I forgot to bring the room card! A very pleasant stay experience

After exiting the subway, take the 880 bus for two stops. Wang at the check-in desk upgraded our room, and also provided welcome fruit and a rich breakfast. It was really great. It is worth mentioning that there was a little incident at night. The hotel also reminded us in advance that the hot water should be ready before 9:30 pm, but it came before that time. The maintenance speed is really fast. Other hotels solve the problem after the customer feedbacks, but your hotel solves it while giving feedback, and also apologizes for the inconvenience caused to us, which is very humane.

It takes about 29 minutes to take a taxi from the subway. There is no subway nearby, which is very inconvenient. The front lobby is very small and the room is a special shape, which is very awkward, but I am used to it on holidays and have a good rest.

Although the hotel is not expensive, the service quality is still worthy of recognition, especially a man named Xiao Liu, who is considerate and will ask if you are satisfied with the various services. The breakfast is also rich and delicious, and additional free parking spaces are provided.
