Ulasan Manxin Hotel Shanghai North Bund

They answered all of my questions and helped me when I needed a pharmacy. Morning breakfast was pretty good and was sometimes delivered by robot which was a fun novelty. The only small problem was the construction outside the hotel, but that was outside of their control. When I asked for a quieter room they helped me get a quieter room! I am glad I stayed here.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bund, with the subway just a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a great mall—瑞红天地太阳宫—about 10 minutes away, which offers good restaurants and a supermarket. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, with a sleek, cozy, and well-thought-out design throughout, from the foyer to the rooms. There’s a laundry area and a small gym equipped with Technogym machines (a few extra weights would be a nice addition). They clearly didn’t cut corners here! However, I do hope they maintain their attention to detail when repairs are needed. It’s a common issue I’ve noticed: when something is fixed, the repair is often visible, making the space look worn out too quickly. It would be a shame for such a lovely hotel to lose its charm due to careless repairs. Staff: The staff are the real highlight! Every team member, from the cleaners to the receptionists, regardless of age, is incredibly helpful and genuinely seems to care about their work. On several occasions, they proactively assisted me, even when I hadn’t asked. Though their English may be limited, they go above and beyond to communicate and help in any way they can. Food: The breakfast offers a solid variety of healthy Chinese dishes—exactly what you’d want for a good start to the day. To sum up: If you’re in the area for business or leisure and want to avoid the larger, more standardized hotels, this boutique option is an excellent choice. It’s even better if you speak a little Chinese and enjoy Asian cuisine!

Very good business hotel. Suitable for single traveler and young couple. Room is modern and clean. Check in is smooth. Staff are nice.

Nice rooms with The Bund view, although we arrived during construction period. Staffs were friendly and nice. 👍👍

房間寬敞乾淨，所有衞浴設備都很夠檔次，保潔人員服務規範禮貌，前台接待人員很專業，早餐也很不錯。整體居住體驗非常棒，非常安靜，對於睡眠質量不好的人簡直太友好啦，離地鐵也很近，還有洗衣房，總之各方面都滿意，強烈推薦！

上海站的3天2晚都選擇住漫心酒店，前台人員非常熱情和藹，房間温馨的風格彷彿回到自己家一樣，去哪交通也不遠，早餐味道也不錯～下次還想來

位置很好…步行過去外灘10多分鐘～很方便，去各個景點也是20分鐘左右車程，入住這個酒店很滿意 前台服務非常～細節也到位，早餐出品也好，小朋友都非常喜歡

酒店很新，裝修也很有品味。關鍵位置也很好，離外灘很近，走路騎車到外灘都非常方便。優點還有房間乾淨整潔，服務非常好，早餐品種豐富。來上海遊玩首選！

各方面都挺好的，很新的酒店，乾淨衞生，淋浴房衞生間都很大，洗澡很舒服，工作人員的服務恰到好處，景觀也很不錯，步行去北外灘也不遠。

一開始找的都是如家漢庭類的，後來發現附近的都是沒有停車場或者停車費另算.無意間看到這家，為了免費停車就下單了，一開始期望不是很大.但是住了才發現，同類型的價位其實算不錯了，房間空間挺大，衞生間乾濕分離，服務員都很nice，第一印象就挺好，然後第二天的早餐品種也還可以，（不過餛飩不好吃），第一天到了送了水果第二天離店還送小禮品，如果硬要説一個缺點那就是附近吃飯地方沒有 總結：下次還會選擇的酒店
