Hanles Wisdom Hotel (Songjiang Yunjian Branch)

I have seen this hotel and its services previously but never chosen this property to stay, this time we decided to give it a go to take advantage of the lunch and dinner deal, big mistake, if you want to watch a feeding frenzy at a zoo then this is for you, the hotel is full of over 65s all there for the free food. Every meal had the same outcome , if you were not there exactly when it started you missed out , dozens and dozens of greedy selfish shanghaiese filling there plates and bowls to the point of nothing being left for anyone else, 5 minutes after the doors would open , my daughter is 3 as she was slowly putting melon slices on her plate with tongs an old man was taking every other piece on the plate with his fingers literally leaving her with a single piece as he created a mount on his , absolutely disgusting behaviour , the staff do nothing about this as persons use there personal chopsticks to dig into the dishes Oblivious to the hygiene aspect, First and last time for us , don't be fooled by the reviews , they are fake , I don't believe any westerner would rate this place higher than a 3. Room was adequate, projection image shakes which makes you feel sick and your laundry is dumped out of the machines during the wash so someone else can use it.. find a better place

it's got new technology. Control of ligting and curtains is voice activated. Very nice shower. nice shaving mirror. Mattress very comfortable and good quality. toilet is computerized with a heated seat. I sat in this room and felt very relaxed. There is a WaiMai delivery robot, which brings your food up the elevator and to your door. The WaiMai robot has three compartments, your food may not be the first one delivered, thus a delay of a few minutes. Very interesting, and fun.

酒店環境不錯 大堂寬敞明亮，前台小梅🌸辦理入住很快，服務周到，走進電梯前要刷房卡，安全做的不錯👍，大廳有茶水 沙發區有綠植 設施齊全 洗衣房免費停車，送外賣機器人都有，而且還包餐，一天五頓，餐食豐富有十幾個菜，葷素搭配再吃點飯後水果搞點飲料就很棒！餐廳氛圍好有擺放小物件書本📕。房間也不錯！智能語音控制燈光窗簾空調，還準備了水果，驚喜的是房間還有小冰箱，在上海都很少碰見了，冰箱裏有三瓶免費飲料！洗澡是乾濕分離的，這邊的拖鞋也很有質量，不是薄薄的那種我很喜歡，超大的投影儀躺在床上看電影最好了，房間氛圍也很温馨，床品舒適柔軟，各種細節都深深戳我心，下次一定還會來！

酒店投影非常實用，屏幕高清，床墊睡起來很舒服，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，非常熱情，衞生也很乾凈，超絕。性價比超高。還免費升級了房間。還有早餐，晚餐，夜宵。隨便吃，還挺好吃。夜宵到1點30。特別適合去上海玩的朋友。

房間很乾凈，停車場也是免費的，床墊是比較舒服的那種，投影的電視都是能看到不用另外付費是好評的，免費的午晚餐是一大特色，做的也是味道非常不錯，但是當天遇到了旅遊團還是什麼的，飯點時間下來晚餐基本都被搶完了，而且有些長者們還很浪費，拿的根本吃不完，浪費很多，後來的人也吃不到，這點希望酒店管理一下，其他的都很好。

酒店位置不錯，附近景點也蠻多的，醉白池方塔都很近，走進大堂明亮寬敞大氣，前台小梅🌸熱情又耐心，旁邊就是免費停車場！房間氛圍温馨，房間裏有超大的投影屏，有一種電影院看電影的感覺，床品舒適，而且這家酒店一天還包五頓飯，性價比超高的，下次來還住這兒！
