Overall great experience. Great location and amenities. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. A little bit of air con noise and bed is a bit on the firm side but tolerable. We stayed in a family room and it would be great to have a children’s stepping stool for washing hands etc. Also make sure you bring enough clothes. Laundry service is very expensive and takes 2 days on average.

He consistently went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met promptly, even outside his regular hours. Miss Sia provided wonderful care and joy to our children, making them feel at home. Mr. Liu Hai's insightful commentary on the hotel's art collection enhanced our stay, deepening our cultural experience. On the third day of our journey, we had initially planned to move to another luxury hotel on the Bund. However, we were dissuaded by the service there. Eventually, at half past eleven that same night, we happily returned to J Hotel to continue our stay. We are delighted that domestic hotels can achieve such high standards of service. We are grateful to Butler George, Miss Sia, Mr. Liu Hai, and the entire staff for making our time here truly memorable.

The Hotel is a bit out of the way and a bit of a trek to get there but once you arrive it really is stunning, if you like modern architecture and interior design you will love this place. It is really geared up for the Chinese market obviously, I think I was the only foreigner staying at the time so apart from reception very few people speak English but I managed OK. Check in was simple and the room was ready for me, very nice room with a lovely view and everything you needed was there, I loved the electric curtains and the stand alone bath tub in the bathroom, the electric switch panel next to the bed with all the controls was very complicated, I never did learn how it worked, and the iPad with all the information was only in Chinese so so that was no help. The one thing that did surprise me for a 5 star hotel was there was no 24 hour cafe on site, I arrived around 3 pm feeling very hungry and the only restaurant was closed after lunch service and not open again till dinner, the only thing available was coffee and cake in the lobby. Breakfast was good but extremely busy, I guess the hotel must have been full, difficult to find a free table but there was plenty of choice to eat. If you want to get the best view of the hotel for pictures you need to walk around outside and there is a children’s amusement park next door, you have to pay to go in but the have a glass walkway around one side of the quarry and you get the most amazing views of the hotel, the walkway looks like it should belong to the hotel but it doesn’t. I really enjoyed my stay there but you wouldn’t want long there, there’s nothing to do in the local area and nowhere to walk to, it’s quite remote, you really only go there to experience a stay in a very futuristic hotel and for that it’s worth it.

This hotel used to be Senz spa hotel, now became Double tree by Hilton. Because I enjoyed the spa and massage facilities last time I stayed I missed the massage used to be offered by this hotel but other than that I liked this hotel a lot. Very clean and slightly high ceiling in the room makes everything very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is kind of usual standard for this type of hotel but this hotel is directly connected to an excellent shopping street called Lidoway where I could find a lot of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are looking for relaxing stay close to Hongqiao airport and EXPO area in Qingpu

A nice, conveniently situated hotel in walking distance (c. 20 mins.) from HongQiao Train Station - and a bit longer for the HongQiao Airport. The room was spacious enough, with a kitchen area. However some choices in the decoration did not make much sense, for example in the corner of the room was a sofa looking very closing at a wall (no space or even the existence of a screen opposite). The room floor was clean, but details that matter indicated not too much attention on the room - the wall was black from shoes in higher places (e.g. opposite the sofa), the shower area and the bathroom mirror were cleaned very hastily with marks from a wet wiping cloth. Finally, some things that should be there were missing (e.g. bathroom robe). Overall, a good location, but the price does not equal the general status of the offering - the robe, cleaning level, and room decoration/plan.

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Great view for a short time staycation, some of the decoration near the room door was unstable, might need to get fixed. The Chinese restaurant on the 43 floor worth a try, we ordered Beijing duck, a salad, fried rice with black truffle, and a dessert which looks like lychee, the dinner cost more than the room rate, but it’s worth a try.

We love our stay in Yaduo X Hotel. The location of this hotel is great where it’s walking distance to the Bund and the Nanjing East Road Shopping Area. There is also a cafe next to it and 7-11 in front of the hotel entrance. Staffs are friendly and always ready to assist. Service is 5 stars. ❤️ We like their laundry service too which is free for in house guests. Breakfast choices are quite adequate for all.

overall is great. walk only 5 mins. to subway no.10 line we stayed here for 13 days. hotel staffs are so friendly. they even asked me to add their wechat in case I need any help. the staff named Yoyo helped me to order delivery at night even though she was already off her shift. One thing that could bother the guests are hotel surroundings. there's a fresh market in the same building of the hotel. so there may be some noises or smell (but the room I stayed was quiet and fine). anyway, if you like to see local people's lives and enjoy local foods, staying here is nice. by the way, they don't provide toothbrush & toothpaste in the room. you have to ask the front.

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.
