Ulasan Hotel Hyderabad Grand

Bed is very clean. Bath room is ok, the floor is a little but slippy but ok. A lhotel with some age, but ok to stay. Meals are good enough to enjoy. Can have a nice sleep here.

FOOD IS GOOD , RECEPTION VERY FREINDLY AND NICE TO TALK , LOCATION IS GOOD

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near public transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Would recommend for business travellers looking for a hassle-free stay.

雖然附近同價位沒什麼好選的，但是希望飯店還是要管控噪音，常常施工，住二樓的我苦不堪言，晚上也是要弄的很晚才安靜

Have been visiting grand couple of times.. Not much hotel options in shamshabad area. That is the only reason me and my collegue stayed ther. Hotel is nice, not clean suite room are the worst. Worst front office executives..they dont know what they are doing...

It was great experience at hotel Hyderabad Grand. The check in was smooth staff were very cooperative. The room was neat and clean. We ordered chicken Hyderabadi Biryani in room service and it was delicious

02 nights stay and I regret booking this hotel at such a high price. And the only reason was that it's near the airport. - The room was not clean - Both rooms were not clean, with watermarks all over - Door malfunction - The AC remote control was hanging near the door from the ceiling (first time in my experience) - Struggle to find a seat for breakfast and dinner as they have a common restaurant for paid customers and restaurant walk-in customers - Broken desk and chair - Broken waterboiller

Very nice hospitality, good services, neat and clean. Daily paste control. We use to reach 11.15 pm but still could able to manage dinner on request. Kind support from Khushi and other staff to rwsolve any query. Good that it is near to airport and having easy logistics arrangements to visit town.

Amazing hotel near Hyderabad airport . Best for families. Great food at the Zaika restaurant... Great buffet breakfast and lunch dinner. Friendly staff. Great service by room boys and reception staff... Specially Miss Khushi at reception was very friendly and professional. She helped us get a good room specially when my request was since my son was a bit sick , she promptly arranged for a taxi when I had to hospitalised my son and constantly inquired on us... Thank you Khushi ...Such are the reasons I am a frequent visitor to this great hotel... Thanks to Hotel Hyderabad Grand.. keep it up...
