Low maintenance water problem water totally mixed with drainage water towel was not provided there was no staff at front desk in the time of check in

Location good. Excellent transportation facility. The in-house restaurant both veg and nin, veg. No morning breakfast available in the hotel.

1. Wash room door does not close from outside. 2. Plenty musquitoes, had to use fan high speed. 3. Staff courteous. 4. Location is good for transit.

The room was clean. The only problem was that hot water was not coming from the shower. I didn't use their restaurant or ordered food.

Overall hotel is good, location as well as services, easy access to uber, ola, just outside the door.

Good staff & room service is very good also the connectivity hear to airport is very good and i recommend this hotel kinara grand in hyderabad is my next business trip

During my recent stay at a hotel booked, i encountered a significant discrepancy between the amenities advertised and the actual services provided by the hotel. The primary issue arose with the breakfast option. Despite selecting and paying a premium for a room+breakfast package, i was surprised to learn upon arrival that the hotel does not offer breakfast at all. This was particularly disconcerting as the hotel staff informed us that they have repeatedly notified about this mismatch, yet no corrective action appears to have been taken. While the hotel itself was satisfactory for our needs, the management and communication gap between the hotel and led to an inconvenient and misleading booking experience. This situation underscores the importance of accurate and reliable information on booking to ensure guests' expectations are appropriately set and met.

It was an nice property staying here only the thing is that there's no breakfast facility available thanks

No complementary food atleast tiffin is also not there my suggestion is please provide coffee or tea
