The primary issue arose with the breakfast option. Despite selecting and paying a premium for a room+breakfast package, i was surprised to learn upon arrival that the hotel does not offer breakfast at all. This was particularly disconcerting as the hotel staff informed us that they have repeatedly notified about this mismatch, yet no corrective action appears to have been taken. While the hotel itself was satisfactory for our needs, the management and communication gap between the hotel and led to an inconvenient and misleading booking experience. This situation underscores the importance of accurate and reliable information on booking to ensure guests' expectations are appropriately set and met.
