Popular Shah Alam 4-star Hotels

It was a splendid hotel! We had a great time there. The hotel is nearby to the mall and lot of shops which is convenient for us. The view is super fascinating.❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely book this place again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exit lift and path towards the hotel have poor ventilation, as it's a closed area without air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, the room itself was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was functional. The hotel breakfast was of a standard quality, nothing too special but still decent. One downside was the limited food options in the area, as the hotel is surrounded by an industrial zone. On the plus side, parking was free and easy to find, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it's a good option if you're just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access and parking.

Makanan bilik sebelah di letak kan di luar bilik sampai keesokan hari tidak di bersihkan.Mungkin kekurangan staf Best 1. Lokasi dekat dengan park i city.Jalan saja 2. Dapat free tiket water park 3. Parking mudah

Toilet was used and not flushed when we arrived at our hotel room. Cleanliness is not up to standard unfortunately. First and last time we will check into this cheap hotel.

Customer was excellent.. The room was average.. The swimming pool need to be service and repair.. The towel at the pool was not properly clean.. Can see stains on the towel.. Excellent Customer Service.. Thank you for the late late check out.. Hotel was not bad..

The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

receptionist just playing hp, when asking check-in time said not ready, but other guess go check-in said ok.

everything is good. the place near to setia city mall. the price is affordable and suit w the unit. the view also nice since i got the the top floor. the unit also clean and we love it so much. it would be nice if owner provide iron and hairdryer. the tv also work very well. unfortunately we have some trouble to find the place since it's very complicated. maybe owner can improve it by making video how to reach there instead of giving pics only. thanks!

I also booking 2 more rooms for my clients, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay❣️ In addition, I must praise the service of all the hotel staff and front desk staff. They are patient, friendly, dedicated and have a great service attitude. I will come back here again 🥰
