房間衞生很差，廁所沒有排風扇，被子還有破洞，廁所馬桶蓋很多房間都是壞的，房間換了一個，結果衞生還是很差，洗漱台表面都一層牙膏白垢沒擦乾淨，後面平台房價給了個優惠

設施：設施不錯，應該是個星級賓館，不過我住的房間淋雨器應該維修了。
衞生：衞生不錯，雖然床單、被子舊了但洗的紙乾淨。
環境：由於政府在搞路政形象提升工程，整個馬路上烏煙瘴氣，使得停車也困難。
服務：服務不錯，早歺豐富。

酒店房間很大，乾淨衛生，位置不錯！唯一缺點是酒店門口前面在修路，原本公車路線改道，要搭公車比較麻煩。目前古城區有很多地方在修路，部分道路封閉。

房間設施非常好，打掃的特別乾淨，房間空間很大，是一家高標準服務非常好的賓館，賓館出門右側的新疆飯店口味非常不錯。美中不足的是目前賓館外的道路正在施工。

入住感覺非常差，安排在5樓進房間後有異味，衞生打掃的很差衞生間的地磚都沾鞋發出嘎吱的聲音。然後又拿着行李去大堂升級了一個房間到9樓，房間地毯就像畫地圖一樣感覺很長時間沒有清理地毯了，同時房間有異味，床上有灰感覺很長時間沒有住人的樣子，衞生堪憂建議慎重選擇該酒店，晚上還有KTV和大功率電機的嗡嗡聲，根本無法入睡，
