The lady at the front desk is very nice. The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to go anywhere. The treadmill in the gym is not very efficient and has a high slope. But the square in front of the hotel is suitable for running in the morning.
In short, I am very satisfied.

There are two reasons for choosing this hotel: ① It is close to the scenic spots, there are many restaurants nearby, and the scenery of the alleys on the road is beautiful; ② The price is affordable for one night with breakfast included; Disadvantages: Because the hotel is in the alleys of the old town, the car cannot go directly, and you need to push the luggage on the stone steps for 3-5 minutes (this should be considered in the price). The decoration of the lobby has a bit of Middle-earth style (there is an armored knight); opposite the hotel is a small restaurant. When we first arrived, the diners were happily playing the piano and singing (it was still very quiet when the restaurant was closed at bedtime); For those who get up late, although the breakfast has few choices, it is rich in taste (there are whole fruits), and I went to buy a few more pieces of ham sausage after eating; Because there is a lot of data, I didn’t use the hotel WiFi, but there was no problem with data. Looking through the photos of Seville on my phone, I will miss this passionate and colorful city.

Our receptionist Laura was not friendly, she was not helpful at all when we arrived. After a long trip to Seville from Marbella, we at least were expecting fast checkin, smile and greetings, but nothing of that we received. Room was dark. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

This is a second hand review on behalf of family. It was booked as a gift but by all accounts my brother and his wife thoroughly enjoyed their time at the hotel. They were upgraded for free and commented on how good the egg station was, offering a variety of options. I’ve noticed some people have complained about the distance to the tourist sites, but they had no issues whatsoever in this regard. We are walking family anyway, but for those who maybe a little reluctant, it took them about 15-20 minutes only, passing through a busy street with locals, restaurants and shops, so no concerns about safety. The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a bonus.

Very new hotel with a great rooftop pool and a small but effective gym. Rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, have a drink and soak up the sun. Unfortunately the service from hotel staff and housekeeping was mixed. We had 2 rooms, one was cleaned well, but the other was not. One room they replenished tea bags, changed towels and swept the floor. The other they did not and left the floor dirty. It was odd as the two rooms were next to each other. Attentiveness of reception staff was also mixed. Some were very responsive, others did not acknowledge hotel guests or were aloof and unhelpful.
Ultimately we had a good stay and enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city centre. It was, however, disappointing that the service of some staff/some cleanliness aspects, did not match the cost of the hotel, which was as expensive as a 5 star; not value for money.

The location of the hotel is not in the most central area, but it is generally OK. Due to the good business of the hotel, I arrived a little late, and the front desk upgraded both of my rooms to the executive floor, but the check-in time was very long. The hotel room is good, and the renovation of such old hotels in Europe is acceptable. The transportation is also convenient, but there are not many good restaurants around.

GGuest UserI cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure .

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

GGuest UserLocation is perfect, around 10mins to Santa Justa train station, there is a huge Carrefour 5mins away, and an El Corto Ingles Department Store just opposite, which is a must homegrown brand anyone coming to Spain for the first time should pay a visi, so you can easily do some shopping. Overall it's a really well maintained hotel. Very new, very modern, design is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious with good functional design, sockets by bedside. Breakfast selection is great, though some changes throughout the week would have been nice. Their choice of sausage is a bit of a let down, but no matter. Also strange enough no beverage at all in room besides what's in the minibar. Some teabags and powdered coffee would be much appreciated. Also no toiletries as well.

RR.A.UHotel that I booked because of the good reviews, but it doesn't really boast a 4-star rating. The room I had on the first floor made the AC very loud. It was a triple for single use, the beds were small. The hotel was full and I probably didn't get a good room.
The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the ”beautiful” area.
The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow.
But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.

Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around
And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors
This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh

PpuffyCloudThe staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great!
The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient.
One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

CcitraThe hotel is located about 20mins from city center, one bus ride, so perfect for our visit especially with this price point. The bathroom door is transparent, opaque at critical area, but still I and my room mate have to make arrangement when one of us is bathing. No hot water kettle, no fridge. The blanket was a piece of cloth, but we requested proper quilt on 2nd night since it was quite cold. Overall, it was a good experience.
