The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

Sevi is so beautiful, and this hotel is especially beautiful. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the most impressive one. It is surrounded by pavilions and fountains, and there is a large bathtub in the room. It is elegant and simple but not old, and the experience is great.

The bed is big enough and the bathroom has a self-heating towel rack. The location is in the old town, the location is super good, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the church or the palace. Don't think about driving, taxis drive very hard on the road. There is also a guitarist performance every night, very soothing music. Don't miss this one, picturesque, I give 10 points.

The hotel was perfectly located in the centre of Sevilla close to all the main city attractions and in a nice and quiet street right next to the Alcazar de Sevilla. Our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable with an incredible glass floor revealing an underground ruin. The staff was super lovely and friendly and provided great recommendations for visits, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it was an exceptional stay for us! I will definitely go back!

Very close to the Arms Square, you can walk to it a while after arriving by bus from Granada. At the same time, the airport bus departure station is also in the Arms Square, so the transportation is very convenient for tourists who need to transfer. It is basically within walking distance to various attractions. There are a lot of food nearby and the facilities are very complete. The environment of this hotel is great and the decoration is very tasteful. The health situation is also very good. The minibar is actually all free, a lot of drinks, and a bottle of champagne is also presented when you check in. The bath products in the room are also L'Occitane. Although the room size is not large, it feels very good to live. The only thing that needs improvement is the chiffon curtain above the bedside is a bit pungent.

The hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.
