Very cost-effective, good location next to the Metropol Parasol. The room is fully equipped with a full set of kitchenware and a washing machine that can dry. Check in at 3 o'clock, send a password email at 2:45, don't arrive too early, you can't get in the building. The only drawback is that the bathroom is not ventilated and will smell.

The room is large, you can wash and dry clothes, and it is very close to Metropol Parasol.

It was a comfortable place to stay in Seville, and the location was great for seeing the main attractions. I also got a discounted flamenco ticket and enjoyed watching the flamenco show~ However, it was a pity that the cost and space were too small to leave my bags for a while. The accommodation has an excellent location, (Holy Week passes before the processions) it is noticeable that there is a renovation of the building and the floors, but a deeper and not superficial cleaning would be improved, a broom for cleaning would be missing because if you stay for several days the The floor fills with dirt and you walk on it, I would also improve the mattresses because they are soft and you don't rest well, and lastly, it is missing that families with small pets cannot accommodate them. It should be noted that the apartment includes a kitchen equipped with all appliances including a coffee maker with Nespresso capsules, large sinks, and the app to open doors works great!! I would stay again next time and I hope you take into account these suggestions for improvement

Everything perfect, location a thousand points, environments just as they appear in the photos. The only drawback was the registration, you have to do it yourself, it's normal for us...but my suggestion is that if older adults go, who are not oriented in the use of virtual registrations, it can complicate their lives.

Checking in is very troublesome, you have to do everything by yourself, parking is difficult, don’t really think about driving yourself, don’t bother yourself if you don’t speak good English or have poor network skills.
