Ulasan Hotel Alcázar

Room 224 was listed as a courtyard view but the small window was for plumbing and pipes, not a courtyard. We asked about it but were told that comfort rooms didn’t have courtyard view although listed as such. Thd room wasn’t as represented in photos, the shower head faces sideways to the tub and the glass partition can’t stop the spray from it if you even try to stand under the shower. The good part is that it was quieter than a more luxurious hotel we had in Seville. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Why clean and quiet. It’s a comfortable environment and it’s convenient to take the buses or underground. The room has enough space.

The hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

房間很小，都沒有地方平放箱子，而且桌子特別小！沒有免費瓶裝水，桌子放個燒水壺和茶杯，就沒多少地方了。窗簾長度很尷尬，正好和燒水壺壺嘴齊平，感覺很不衞生，拿個壺總能碰到窗簾底部……而且衣櫃裏的撐子衹能部分取下來，掛鈎是和晾衣桿栓在一起的，想取個衣架晾毛巾或者鎖門都不方便。衞生間淋浴間很小，衞生紙質量很差，但枕頭很舒服，床也算大。地理位置佔優勢，就在大路邊上，王宮和西班牙廣場附近，攔出租車和交通方便。

Отличный отель в центре Севильи. Рядом с основными туристическими местами, чистый светлый и просторный номер. Приятно пахнущее средство для стирки полотенец. Если останавливаться, более чем на 2-3 ночи, то рекомендую просить номер с видом на улицу, а не во внутренний двор-колодец. В номере постоянно темно из-за этого.

前台大叔非常熱心，在入住後很詳細地講解了各個景點的位置，還贈送了一張地圖。房間面積還算寬敞，設施齊全。距離景點非常近，走路就能到。

房間是標準三星級， 保養很不錯，乾淨， 酒店位置不錯， 離老城步行幾分鐘，很方便。 不在老城就比較安靜，同時價格又很合理。

Good hotel in a great location to reach the tourist spots. The best thing about the hotel is the fabulous roof top bar with amazing views. Guests receive a 10% discount too. The staff are all fabulous in the hotel and very helpful. Our double room was adequate enough and having tea/coffee facilities were welcome. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed, if necessary. We had breakfast once, which was ok (usual continental style, as well as cereal, yogurt and fruit etc) but there are so many cafés etc close by that we wanted to try different places. (From the Uk)

This Hotel certainly rates as a wonderful hotel and perfect location. The rooms are a good size and everything clean and fresh. Love love love the pillows. Roof top bar is a wonderful addition too. Staff very friendly and very informative. The only thing I have anything to complain about is the towels. They look tired to be honest. They are only bath towels and not bath sheets which are much easier to wrap around you. We had a wonderful stay there tho and would recommend it for sure.

Stay away from this hotel The hotel should be given a maximum of 1 star!! Very mediocre interiors with no character, very bad customer service and an average product. Don’t get deceived by the images in various platforms. It’s run down! Bed room mattress is very uncomfortable. No mini bar, no safe-box, AC has obnoxious sound, tea coffee set up with no connection, very poor quality of amenities. Nothing in room has been appointed with giving a sensible thought. Room has very bad sound insulation, at night it feels like one is sleeping on the street, with lightest of the noise coming from the street. One cannot have a good sleep!! Horrible breakfast with no service. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. However I believe there are umpteen options available near by at a better rate. So stay away!!!!!
