Ulasan Hotel Alcázar

Room 224 was listed as a courtyard view but the small window was for plumbing and pipes, not a courtyard. We asked about it but were told that comfort rooms didn’t have courtyard view although listed as such. Thd room wasn’t as represented in photos, the shower head faces sideways to the tub and the glass partition can’t stop the spray from it if you even try to stand under the shower. The good part is that it was quieter than a more luxurious hotel we had in Seville. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Why clean and quiet. It’s a comfortable environment and it’s convenient to take the buses or underground. The room has enough space.

The hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

房間很小，都沒有地方平放箱子，而且桌子特別小！沒有免費瓶裝水，桌子放個燒水壺和茶杯，就沒多少地方了。窗簾長度很尷尬，正好和燒水壺壺嘴齊平，感覺很不衞生，拿個壺總能碰到窗簾底部……而且衣櫃裏的撐子衹能部分取下來，掛鈎是和晾衣桿栓在一起的，想取個衣架晾毛巾或者鎖門都不方便。衞生間淋浴間很小，衞生紙質量很差，但枕頭很舒服，床也算大。地理位置佔優勢，就在大路邊上，王宮和西班牙廣場附近，攔出租車和交通方便。

Отличный отель в центре Севильи. Рядом с основными туристическими местами, чистый светлый и просторный номер. Приятно пахнущее средство для стирки полотенец. Если останавливаться, более чем на 2-3 ночи, то рекомендую просить номер с видом на улицу, а не во внутренний двор-колодец. В номере постоянно темно из-за этого.

前台大叔非常熱心，在入住後很詳細地講解了各個景點的位置，還贈送了一張地圖。房間面積還算寬敞，設施齊全。距離景點非常近，走路就能到。

房間是標準三星級， 保養很不錯，乾淨， 酒店位置不錯， 離老城步行幾分鐘，很方便。 不在老城就比較安靜，同時價格又很合理。

Muy bien

The position close to historic centre is great. The rooftop bar and breakfast are very good. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The rooms however are extremely small and the bed had a very cheap uncomfortable mattress, with springs sticking through. There was no natural light in my room and what I was told was a courtyard view was no view at all just a small shaft full of pipes. Picture included. The parking garage is very tight, a small car is ok but some don’t physically fit! I was pleased I had someone with me who could guide me.

It's a fantastic location with friendly/helpful staff. The rooms were clean. We had two different rooms and both had a sewer smell. The first room the smell was so bad we requested a room change. The second room was better but the smell was recurring. It was a bit noisy-at least the second room we had was at the end of a hallway. The roofdeck/bar is lovely. I would probably skip the breakfast the next time. It was convenient but certainly there are nearby cafes that are charming. Also, the rooms without a view look inward toward the building shaft. They don't really bring in fresh air or light. It's not like they have windows that look out onto the other side of the building but don't have an Alcazar/park view. It's something to be aware of when reserving a room. Choose the fresh air. You will want it :) I want to like this hotel. They have a lot to offer. Sadly I will not return.

Disappointed. The room had a bad smell during the night. It was also incredibly hot. We tried to adjust the air-conditioning and didn't work only blows hot air. This mixed with no water bottle provided. The only thing that is good is the location. We did not sleep all night. So decided not to stay for the second . They refused to refund the money for the second night even though we didn't stay I do not recommend to anyone . ☹️

We asked to move rooms as the first one had exceptionally poor sound proofing and we could hear almost everything happening in the room next door. The people weren’t being noisy but every sound carried straight through the wall. The receptionist first claimed that all Spanish hotels had walls like paper, which we know isn’t true, but he upgraded us to another room which was OK but the drain smell in the bathroom was vile. We didn’t raise it with the hotel as we’d asked to move once and we doubted there was much they could do about the drains. The hotel is in a good location in Seville and the sky bar was lovely but expensive. Breakfast was good and our second room was comfortable. We stayed an additional night due to a red weather alert at our destination, so we were glad to be safe in the hotel.
