The hotel is located in prime location but nothing look like the pictures. The room we had the Superior you need to purchase use of fan and AC separate. So yeah will never stay again.

Had a v pleasant 3 night stay in a Bungalow. It was absolutely spotless .. Fatou is a cleaner extraordinaire and a v nice woman. Look yes the place could do with updating maybe to attract more people. The breakfast was just about ok. Could you make the porridge from milk instead of water? I think I’d have enjoyed it more then. The pool is amazing and we didn’t mind the quietness cos was perfect for us, but maybe as a business you need more people. We would definitely come back. Wishing all the staff the best and see you soon. ❤️

The hotel is really you get what you pay for the swimming pool is spacious , food is horrible and very limited for a buffet . The hotel is run down and old. The security are not very friendly or accommodating and the head of security malick is creepy . He has a habit of speaking to multiple women as he did me and my friend to try and get us to be with him if u knew what I mean he is very unprofessional. He should be fired. Reception staff was very nice.

this hotel is situated in the heart of kololi so location is great for bars, restaurants, and the beach. The accommodation is pretty basic and you are advised not to book standard accommodation block as you will be kept awake all night by the hotels adjacent club padron. The pool is large but not well serviced and maintained someone cut there toe and had to go to hospital due to dodgy tiles. you will find plenty of sunloungers and the pool staff are brilliant. Look to book bungalow with aircon and fridge and you will have a comfortable stay. If not you will be charged alot to have this added on arrival. The breakfast is well below expectations so take some goodies in your case or get ready to eat out. The restaurant paid food is better, and drinks are reasonably priced. All in OK this hotel is OK for those not looking for anything but a place to crash, don't expect any bells or whistles.

Hotel, bungalows were amazing clean tidy well equipped. Kept to a high standard. Security is paramount in this resort. Staff supply an outstanding service with smiles and warmth nothing is too much they will make your holiday experience exceptional, memorable and assist in all your needs. They go out their way to ensure you feel welcome safe and offer so much to make your stay the best possible, All the staff are incredible in every way. Couldn’t ask for more or a better experience in service.

The bungalow is large with comfy beds and a big bathroom. The pool was clean and large. The breakfast buffé was nice. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt very safe the hotel have night sequrity staff. The hotel have a nice bar in the night time with nice music and drinks.

Been here many times as great location. this hotel is out dated, it needs great work attention and clean up. Plus where is modou m.bake the top security, the happiest helpful friendly man .?? MBake was palma rima he should be management, he helped us out so many times . I dropped my purse with 12,000.00 in it modou handed it to me,yet he was paid peanuts. My friend lost her credit card guess who found it and handed it back to us modou mbake. He had great ideas for palma rima too,sadly we won't be back none of us,all 6 of us Ron Carol Helen Katie John and Hamilton modou mbake made our holiday just a lot better with jokes laughter and honesty. Management lost a real honest man and hard worker a real Gem. Where are you modou ?,what hotel? I met other people who asked the same thing at the beach, plane and restaurants. We hope he's OK.. Any one know where he is full us in pls.

I've been to this hotel a few times and others in the Gambia 🇬🇲, always enjoyed myself I do know several people in Gambia 🇬🇲 in the past my own family have also been there it still needs a bit of attention here and there. The staff all round are excellent even though the chambermaids want to marry me off, I will return there again next year was there for 3 weeks 23/January and good to see 👀 same tourists as well, breakfast still needs to be looked at I'm a chef 👨🍳 but does suit me. Pillows were filthy, bungalow was tidy, but basic, we paid £2500 for a couple with bed and breakfast. Sadly breakfast was just rubber omelette, or pancake, fake sausage, you had to beg to a miserable server for a poached , fried, scrambled or hard boiled eggs. Toast was holy and poor quality bread. Even “fresh fruit” was poor quality. Way past their best before date. As was the tiny square bits of cheese and what they advertised as ham was actually corned beef but left out . No temperature controls so any food hygiene issues would be there
