A small but very cozy hotel with a large territory. The staff is polite and helpful with advice. The rooms are large and clean.

特別愛老闆娘阿姨，早餐很豐富營養，衞生特別棒，離outlets很近很方便，各種設施很齊全，有為數不多的燒水壺。特別喜歡的一個酒店！對孩子特別友好

We stayed at Capriccio Art hotel for two nights as part of our shopping trip to Milan outlets without much thought as it was very near to the outlets . BUT what a pleasant stay it was . The hotel is very aesthetically done up with pieces of art from different artists .. Teh room was big ( a big luxury in Europe ) and the washroom modern and big too . The hygiene levels were top standards . The staff was exceptionally polite and trained very well . The Highlight of the trip and the hotel was the food .. it was such flavourful authentic Italian food that we ended up having dinner at the hotel on all days of our stay . The coffee they served was awesome too .. three cheers for the chef at Capriccio Art . The best was they were able to make vegan dishes for me as I am lactose intolerant..will definitely plan a stay again and highly recommend to anyone going to serravalle ..

It’s odd location on a busy intersection proved to be beneficial as it is close to a high-end outlet center. Our junior suite was roomy, well insulated, acceptable bedding, clean. The praised dining experience, however, was disappointing, lacking imagination, character and purpose. The local Careglio wine saved us. Equally dull uninspired Breakfast. Delightful hosts.

Ein ganz spezielles, aber wunderschönes Hotel. Mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns hier so richtig willkommen. Alle waren ehrlich nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Neben den wunderschönen Zimmer war auch das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

L’accueil était très chaleureux et amical. Nous étions attendus et on nous a fait sentir qu’on était très heureux de nous rencontrer. Le parking est juste devant l’établissement. Le repas du soir était incroyable et excellent, idem pour le petit déjeuner. Tout le personnel est souriant et à l’écoute. Un séjour au TOP !!!! L’outlet est juste à côté donc parfait.

Un buon ristorante a Serravalle Scrivia , abbastanza bello come location e con un buon menu con piatti tipici ! Abbiamo scelto sia primi che secondi dal fuori menù con piatti tipici ed arricchiti al tartufo. In realtà il tartufo c’era ma il tipico odore e sapore forte non l’ho sentito. Non so se per il periodo o per la varietà(dato che da noi il tartufo in cucina non viene usato)Il conto medio alto. Consigliato!

Quando sono in zona per lavoro, cerco di fermarmi qui a dormire, ma anche solo per una cena. Perché quando la fantasia incontro il talento , i piatti sono squisiti. Se poi sono accompagnati con un ambiente elegante e un buon servizio cordiale, siamo al top! E il menu cambia spesso, con proposte sempre sfiziose, senza dimenticare i gusti dei più tradizionalisti, a cui è dedicato un menu a parte. Ma vi consiglio di “rischiare” e provare - come ho fatto l’ultima volta - i pansotti di topinambur con gocce si bagna cauda e i cannoli croccanti con il baccalà mantecato in guazzetto di zafferano: degni di uno chef stellato!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura fidandomi delle recensioni ma il mio giudizio non è del tutto positivo. All'arrivo manca la segnaletica relativa all'ingresso in hotel pertanto si rimane in difficoltà nel trovare l'accesso alla reception. Personale gentile ma la camera non mi ha entusiasmato. Innanzitutto la pulizia non era eccelsa (qualche ragnatela e piccola invasione di api nonostante le finestre chiuse.....chissà da dove entravano). Inoltre in un hotel (soprattutto un 4 stelle) ciò che non sopporto è la colazione con cibo imposto dalla direzione cioè senza possibilità di scelta e così avviene in questa struttura; infatti ti viene consegnata al tavolo direttamente dall'incaricato senza poter decidere nulla, inoltre i prodotti non mi sono sembrati di qualità ma più che altro "da supermercato". Non ho provato il ristorante interno ma aperto anche ai clienti esterni, a tal proposito avrei magari gradito un occhio di riguardo per gli ospiti dell'hotel tramite, ad esempio, un piccolo sconto sul prezzo della cena.
