we had a great weekend at this very special place far away from everything. You really feel disconnected and very well taken care of:) very friendly staff and supe delicious breakfast. The rooms are very big and cozy with your own terrace, which makes it very private.

The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a tranquil escape!

Melia Collection has something very special. I was visiting Majorca for a wedding and was looking to relax after the event, I liked the idea that Ratxo Retreat Hotel was away from all towns and on its own. what I wasn't prepared for was the outstanding location and the beauty of the resort. From check in to check out the level of service was 5 star (World Class). Our room was spectacular. Dined all evenings at there Roots restaurant, fantastic choice and quality with a special mention for the service (especially Juan Carlos, thank you.). Breakfast on the terrace was also amazing (Big thanks to the service team). If you really want to relax in a very beautiful place then look no further this is true 5 star Luxury and a hidden gem. As stated, all the staff from the gardeners to house keeping were absolutely super with a very special thank you and mention to Lluis from the reception team. Now on my list as must visit when in Majorca.

I can’t express how wonderful the experience was. I usually don’t write reviews, but they truly deserved 5 stars. Federica and the manager made us feel at home from the very first moment, giving us a tour of the house, hotel, the spa, hot pool, and sauna. The place is fantastic—it felt like a dream come true. I came with my girlfriend, and as a creator, I couldn’t resist taking a few photos and videos.

A lovely relaxing visit, Lluis and his team are a credit to the Melia brand. After being abandoned by an Uber at the bottom of the Galatzo trail, The team at Ratxo came to our rescue with Maria picking us up and driving us to the hotel. From there we were warmly welcomed by Lluis and given a tour, putting us totally at ease. We were able to read books from the shelves at reception which was great as we'd forgotten kindles. The weather was great throughout. The pool, though cold is very refreshing and the spa is nice and quiet. The huge bed was extremely comfortable and I managed to hit my sleep targets for the first time in ages. The shower and bath were also both luxurious also. There is a nature reserve behind the hotel which has a fantastic hike trail. My food was hearty and tasty throughout, however my wife struggled a little with the lack of vegetarian options on the menu. The kitchen made her a moussaka and mushroom risotto on request, however we felt there should be more choice for such a resort. Only having the one restaurant open in the evening felt a little restrictive because of this. Especially if you are without car like we were.

Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful setting, gorgeous rooms, incredible swimming pool. Everything promised was delivered. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower and bathroom facilities also excellent. The town of Puigpenyent is worth a visit with lovely restaurants. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend.
