"We particularly loved this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations! The staff are extremely kind, always smiling, and they make you feel like a “guest”, not a “customer”. We were impressed by the nature and the hotel garden. Beyond the fact that the beach is beautiful and we were lucky to see the sea in stunning turquoise shades, as soon as you move away from the beach area, you enter a place full of vegetation. The food is also very good, with many options, including for vegans or for those following a diet. We appreciated the quality of the fish — sea bream, sea bass, salmon... We also liked the desserts: they are very varied and made with quality ingredients. We used the spa area less than we thought we would, because we preferred to spend time in nature and enjoy the beach and the garden. In the evenings, there are activities, and the animation team does a great job! Congratulations to the entire team for all their hard work!"

"We stayed in a Duplex Family Room and were very satisfied. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a door between the two rooms and the relatively small beds (one 140 cm bed and two 80 cm beds). Apart from that, the hotel was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was on a very high standard, with a wide variety of choices and plenty available throughout the day. We especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurant, which was one of the highlights of our stay. A special thanks goes to Veronika from the Mini Club, who was absolutely amazing with the children."

"We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year..."

"We stayed at the hotel with a 5-year-old child. We really liked that the mini club was open at a convenient time for parents, and the child enjoyed going there. The animation was top-notch, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. We would like to thank Veronica, Darina, and Masha for their attention to the children. Every day, there was a mini-disco, awards on stage, and exciting shows in the amphitheater. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families."
