"The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer. I didn't like that children under 10 aren't allowed in the gym, only 16 and up, and it's kind of absurd that bowling and billiards require a fee. Everything else is good so far. We'll extend our stay for a few more days and see."

"Hello, We were truly very pleased with the outstanding attention, professionalism, and high-level service provided by Ms. Esma, Assistant Manager Ms. Duygu, and Mr. Yusuf at the Maxx Royal Kids Club. Their approach, especially towards the children and overall guest experience, was exceptional and sincerely appreciated. Additionally, Ms. Havva and Ms. Dinara from the housekeeping team were also extremely attentive, caring, and professional. I would especially like to thank them as well. My biggest thanks goes to Pelin Çoksun from the Maxi Assistant team. Throughout the entire stay, her sense of ownership, responsiveness, communication skills, and solution-oriented attitude truly made a difference. Every team should have someone like her. "We spent the last 7 days at Belek Beach Resort as a family of five (with children aged 8, 4, and 2), and it has been one of our best holidays. We were given two rooms right next to each other, which was perfect for us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and smells lovely throughout. The rooms were a good size, with modern fittings and a beautiful design. Our housekeeper, Ayşe, cleaned our room perfectly every single day. I can’t thank her enough—especially with small children making a mess! She was always kind, polite, and never once complained. On arrival, we had a room overlooking the car park. The next morning we spoke to reception, Nuriz kindly changed our room with no hassle or extra cost. We were so grateful, as we then had a beautiful sea view—which I really appreciated when the kids were napping or in bed early. We could hear some music from the evening entertainment, but it didn’t bother the children at all. A special mention to Mehmet, a waiter in the main restaurant, who was incredible—polite, professional, and so friendly with the kids. He always made sure we had drinks and checked in on us regularly. Marcus, the on-site photographer, was also lovely. He made a real effort to talk to us and get to know the whole family. Thank you, Marcus—we hope you have a wonderful wedding later this year! There is plenty to do around the resort. Although the hotel is busy, there are lots of sunbeds around both the pool and the beach. The beach is very close, relaxing, and has a beautiful view. There are also lots of additional activities throughout the day. The park area is great for the kids, and they especially loved the small rides, which are open from 12–3. There’s also an indoor games room, although we didn’t use it as there was so much to do outside and the weather was lovely. The kids especially loved the water slides and the children’s pool. There is also a quiet pool area for adults, which is a nice option. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, and attentive. We felt safe and very well looked after the entire time. The evening entertainment was great too—there was a kids’ disco followed by a 9pm show each night, and we enjoyed them all. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and a hairdresser on site. We only used the indoor pool once as we preferred being outside. If you want to shop, the stores inside the hotel are reasonably priced. The only small downside was that the food was quite similar each night. However, everything was well-cooked and full of flavour, so it didn’t affect our overall experience. It would just be nice to see more themed nights or for the outdoor food options to stay open a bit later. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out at no extra cost, as we had a night flight. Overall, I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. Everything—from the atmosphere and staff to the food, entertainment, and service—was excellent. I would highly recommend it to family and friends, and "

"Here atm . Arrived last night at 2am. No food was available but the guy at reception gave us a takeaway box each containing a baguette .drink , muffin and banana so was ok . Most of the staff are helpful but came across a few that weren’t that helpful and didn’t know much about local area ! Overall nice and clean hotel . Very big . Private beach area with sunbeds and umbrella.few shops on site so try and make sure you have got everything on your holiday to buy list as there’s nothing outside the hotel. Food is okay , standard all inclusive items but today surprisingly found another area we’re Mr Dinesh suprised us with Indian food. Wow must this must have been the only all inclusive hotel I have been to were I’ve seen Indian food with an Indian chef. I think the Hotel should promote this better as the food was on point !!!! Well done to Dinesh the chef !!! Overall not a bad place !!!"

"I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main "disaster" because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice."

"We stayed for one week at Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We would especially like to highlight our assistant, Esra Ersil, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. She was always attentive, highly motivated, and handled all of our requests immediately. We truly felt well looked after and appreciated as guests. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a real difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. A big thank you to her for making our stay even more enjoyable. The general service throughout the hotel was also very good. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and hardworking. Cleanliness across the entire resort was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the food did not fully meet our expectations. For a hotel of this category, we expected a higher culinary standard and have experienced better quality in other hotels. The furniture in the rooms also feels a bit outdated by now, especially the balcony furniture, which was disappointing for a luxury resort of this level. Despite these points, we still had a lovely week and felt very comfortable throughout our stay"
