It's sold as luxury and they deliver the Luxury in the form of attention to detail. It's rural Africa and they still serve ice cream. If you can not sleep with noise, don't come to a camp. It's the middle of Serengueti. We loved our stay. Oli will take great care of you.

Incredible experience in the middle of Serengeti. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very clean, quality tents and no bugs inside, at least for us. Food was ok too. The best part for me was the Masai stories around the fire while looking at the cleanest starred sky I have ever looked at Would come back in a heartbeat, thanks for everything!

Amazing experience in the middle of Serengeti! All perfect in every detail! The place is very beautiful, the tents are comfortable and elegant. The staff is extremely nice and caring, they treated us like family. I would recommend it to everyone!

The best safari camp in Tanzania! The people are so friendly and they know how to make you feel at home. The camp is in the Serengeti park, among animals and acacias. The food is really good and the tents are super clean. Thank you Janet and everyone else for the great experience and souvenirs. Wishing you all a great summer season to come!

Serengeti is a magic place, it was our first safari experience and we couldn’t chose best period and best accommodation: the staff is simply amazing, warm welcome, excellent food the tent is super comfortable and rich of nice details. After spending the day finding animals was nice to share the experience with other guest before dinner with a nice glass of wine watching the stars infront of the fireplace. When you consider you are literally in the middle of nowhere just surrounded by nature it is unbelievable the level of service provided. Thank you Paul, Joseph, Tecla and all the staff for arranging for us such an unforgettable experience .

The wifi doesn't work in the rooms, we would like to improve this. On the other hand we had two lights that didn't work and they didn't fix it Janeth was the kindest and most helpful person we have ever had. She is a beautiful person who managed to make us feel at home. It has been a wonderful experience to sleep inside the Serengeti at Pumzika Lodge. Paula and Fernando Spain

The Pumsika staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The meals were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, local ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making us feel right at home.

Pumzika was my favorite accomodation of the 8 we stayed at during our East Africa safari. The Serengeti location was magical - with wildlife right outside our "door". The tents were big, complete, and define "glamping" for me. The small amount of tents resulted in more intimate setting where we got to know all of the staff. They arranged special personalized dinner "under the tree" (rather than in mess tent) for us. I would recommend to anybody.

Pumzika is awesome, is the most incredible camping I’ve been , personnel is amazing : tecla, langoi, islail, Thomas and everyone are great, food, cleaning, landscape, rooms, everything is really good. Thank you for being my best first experience in Africa
