We stayed for 4 nights in a cabin that had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower with views of the Serengeti. The vibe was authentic, local, and rustic. Food here is some of the best we’ve had on our safari. It’s hard to imagine that the high level cuisine is offered in the middle of the Serengeti. We were fortunate enough to meet the chef, Chef Ojay, who curated the menu. He thoughtfully explained how he crafted flavor fusions and the intentions behind each dish. Chef Ojay was very attentive to our food preferences; we were so full after all dinners as the food was delicious. Breakfast is buffet style with made to order eggs, omelettes, scrambled, etc. Our favorite was the crepe pancakes, which our server, Leonard, would bring out for us each morning as he took time to learn our individual preferences. From servers, to cooks, to room attendants, to drivers - all the staff is so welcoming and friendly. They love hearing about your game drives, and we enjoyed listening to their stories about the wildlife. A special shoutout to our server, Leonard, who was professional and attentive. He warmly served us our four course meal every evening. He would greet us in the mornings before game drives and prepare our pre-dinner drinks by the pool. Rooms are spacious with breathtaking views of the Serengeti, complete with an outdoor shower. Beds come with mosquito nets and housekeeping does a great job with cleanliness. Overall it was a fantastic stay. I would recommend to all visiting the Serengeti. You will not be disappointed.

One of the best hotels, i have ever been! Everyone is incredible friendly. Never had an experience like this. It is worth it every single penny. One of the best people in the world as well. Unbelievable! The room is just insane, the view, everything really clean. We also had dinner and breakfast, and the food was just amazing, thanks to the chef, which is also a very kind person!

We were very warmly welcomed by the staff who sang when we arrived provided us with a special experience during our three night stay. Leonard, our waiter deserves special mention. He ensured our dining was a pleasure and exceeded our expectations. The views from the rooms and the terraces are truly exceptional. Very much like the overall level of service. On our departure the staff once again treated us to a song and dance which reinforced our positive experience at the lodge.

The service was very special. A welcoming song, always getting want you wanted and speaking with you about your visit. Everyone genuinely wanted to provide you with the best level of service to make your experience wonderful. George was the best. The views from the top of the mountain were amazing. Every view was special- even views from the bathrooms and outdoor private showers from the cabin. The sunsets were amazing and you could spot elephants each day down below in the valley from your room.

George was very attentive with my food allergies and an excellent server. The outdoor shower was a rare experience we actually enjoyed. Amazing views over the Serengeti. Spacious VIP rooms. The food was very good. So glad some soft drinks and beers were included with dinner. An incredible honeymoon experience. We hope to return some day.

We had the most incredible stay at the Mbali Mbali resort. The service was exceptional especially our wonderful waiter, George, who always had a smile on his face. This was the most beautiful place we have stayed at and highly recommend it!!

Amazing service and great staff. We had the best time at Mbali mbali. Would definitely recommend if you can afford the stay! The views are surreal. We stayed here for 3 nights as we were here on a safari tour. They help with luggage and have a golf cart to take you around.

The whole experience from start to finish was truly amazing the property and its staff has literally thought of everything and couldn’t have done anything better. George saved us our evening meal and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was superb and the staff even sung us into the property when we arrived. The whole place is truly a blessing to stay at. They made us feel extremely welcome for our 20th wedding anniversary thank you so much. Xxx

a perfect resort in every way.. the staff are so welcoming and happy which alone makes for a homely stay.. food was surprisingly 5 star! viwees from room.. wow. we spent last afternoon in the pool to the sunset views and lion roars. morning of departure we saw Lions in the distant planes. Couldn't have asked for more.. thanks to all the staff that bring magic to the place
