The place is comfortable, cheap, spacious too and most importantly clean

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

At 15.25 arrived at the hotel, 2 rooms out of 4 rooms booked were not ready for check-in even though we had previously confirmed the arrival time to the hotel. Had to wait more than 30 minutes. Please improve the readiness of the room so that guests can immediately check-in when they arrive

New hotel at Solo, near tourist attraction, clean room also very helpful staff. Some of my things were left behind at the hotel after check out and staff willingly sent it to my address. A little minus point about this hotel is that there is no refrigerator in the room, except from that Moxy Solo is a great place to stay at Solo.

In accordance with the description of the bathtub ad there are unless there are business rooms which are not available.limited hygiene, limited hot water, especially night does not come out.staff ok parking staff ok all. recommend. close to where.
