The stay was great overall. They also provide three charging cables which I like. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush and all but it was alright with me. The only downside is that it would be good if a separate reception can be available at the executive tower after 10pm cos it’s quite troublesome. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

Service was amazing, warmly greeted by all the staff! No issue with cleanliness other than a weird smell in the bathroom but the cleaners attended to it quickly. We were lucky to get a good view from our room, and lucky to experience snow during my stay there. Food and desserts were perfect. They had a cash currency exchange machine at the lobby that couldn’t accept overseas cards. Location wise, its 15mins walk to the station, Airport express stops directly at this hotel. Just pay to the driver. Really convenient for this one, about 1hr30mins to Incheon Airport.

Hotel was great in many sense - location just next to City Hall station - enthusiastic, helpful bellboys who would take the initiative to help - very clean rooms, large bathroom - view of the City Hall from my room was great - my room didn't have enough space to open luggage bags on the floor unless you move away the heavy chairs There was just one thing I couldn't understand. I arrived at the hotel at about 2.50pm. They told me that check in time is 3pm. So I thought maybe we can do the registration first, but get the keys at 3pm, which is what other hotels do when I've arrived earlier than the check in time. But I was told that they can only start processing the registration at 3pm. As we checked out on NYE, the hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to allow us late check out even by an hour. But this, I can understand.

Amazing location (right beside myeongdong streets), staff and services were excellent as well. Not to mention the comprehensive gym. One of the better hotels I have stayed, would definitely visit if I am coming back to Seoul.

The hotel is a bit old, but it is very old. The pool in the room is a bit damp, and when you go upstairs to the room, you will smell like a sauna. The room can see the Namsan Tower

Amazing stay at a classic hotel celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. Exemplary service from each of the staff. Airport limousine bus stopped directly at the hotel which was super convenient.
