Saya tidak bisa mengatakan saya senang, tetapi hotelnya lumayan. Lokasinya bagus karena langsung dari bandara Gimpo. Kamarnya besar dan luas, tetapi masalah aneh yang kami alami adalah AC yang tidak menyala terus-menerus, yang dapat mengganggu. Meskipun resepsionis membantu menyelesaikannya, kami mengalami kejadian di mana AC disetel ulang setiap 30 menit atau lebih. Selain itu, ini adalah hotel yang bagus.

Dekat dengan Stasiun Yeomchang, dan jika beruntung, Anda bisa melihat Sungai Han. Ada banyak restoran di dekatnya, dan Yeongdeungpo juga dekat, jadi nyaman untuk menggunakan department store. Sudah tua, tapi sangat murah sehingga tidak memberatkan untuk menginap. Saya ingin merekomendasikannya kepada banyak orang.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.

The location is excellent, situated close to the train station and surrounded by various restaurants, making it convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort!

This was my first trip to Korea, and, needless to say, my first stay at The Golden Seoul hotel. I was very impressed with all the hotel staff: from the cleaning staff, the front desk, to the restaurant. I speak no Hangul, but I do speak English and Japanese. Some of front-desk staff also spoke both English and Japanese; thus, there were no difficulties at all with communication. When I needed a taxi, they were more than cordial and called the taxi for me.

The folks at the Golden Seoul are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Checking in was quite easy. The room was excellent: neat and clean. One can tell the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The riverside view from the room was also lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable. Presentation was on point and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is close to Yeomchang Station, well within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and I will surely be back soon. Many thanks to the staff at the Golden Seoul!

Overall, everything was fine during my stay. The only issue was the warmth in the room, as there was no air conditioning. I had to open the window to get some air, but thankfully, it’s the winter season, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.

The location is good because the hotel is very close to the subway station. However, a major problem is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, so they can’t turn on the A/C if other guests have complained about feeling cold. My room was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to breathe, so I had to open the window to get some air. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, even if they can’t turn on the A/C. The furniture is also quite old. Think twice before book this hotel. By the way, staff is very nice and helpful.
