Ulasan Grammos Hotel

Check-in sampai jam 11 malam, tapi padahal saya kirim email di bus tujuan Seoul karena penerbangan saya tiba di malam hari dan sudah lewat jam 11 malam, saya langsung mendapat balasan dan membawa kunci kamar dan dokumen saya ke meja resepsionis Saya menerima email berisi petunjuk di mana lokasinya dan cara memasuki pintu masuknya, dan meskipun pintu masuknya kosong ketika saya tiba, saya dapat check-in tanpa ketidaknyamanan apa pun. Itu adalah tanggapan yang sangat sopan. Ruangannya sangat luas dan saya bisa menggunakannya dengan bebas, dan sebagai orang Jepang, menurut saya fakta bahwa kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah adalah nilai tambah yang besar. Lokasinya sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Yeoksam, jadi walaupun ada tanjakannya, menurut saya nyaman untuk jalan-jalan. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi

Mereka merespons dalam bahasa Jepang! Di luar sedang turun salju, tetapi ketika saya mencoba keluar, saya bertanya apakah boleh menggunakan payung. Saya senang mendengarnya. Dia baik dan memiliki senyum yang indah. Ruangannya luas dan bersih, dan saya tidak perlu khawatir tentang kutu busuk sama sekali. Buktinya sangat ber***a.

Kamar berbau terlalu tua, walaupun ada jendela kecil, namun terhalang gedung-gedung tinggi dengan jarak 1 meter, tidak ada sinyal handphone di dalam kamar.

Sangat buruk, ini pertama kalinya saya mendengar bahwa tamu dikenakan biaya sanitasi saat menginap di hotel! !

Haha bagaimana dengan LJ Hotel? Karena alasan perjalanan, saya bernegosiasi dengan pihak hotel untuk membatalkan pesanan dua hari sebelum check-in, tetapi mereka menolak untuk membatalkan pesanan. Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Ctrip juga tidak ada sikap sama sekali. Seolah-olah tidak ada negosiasi sama sekali dan tidak ada gunanya sama sekali., platformnya cukup, saya tidak mau kasih poin apa pun.

Stafnya sangat bersih dan ramah. Pemanas lantai sangat panas, sebaliknya sangat dingin. Hotel ini relatif tua. Sanitasi di gang dibersihkan setiap dua hari sekali. Saya selalu lupa memberi saya air mineral. Ada juga banyak toko serba ada di sebelahnya, tetapi hotel ini tidak berada di lokasi Yisan yang sangat baik

Nice hotel in a convenient location in Gangnam. 30 minutes walk away from Coex mall and about 20 minutes drive to Myeongdong. There are multiple restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On our first night they shared some restaurant and things to do near the hotel and around Seoul on WhatsApp which was very helpful. The room was decent but the shower head needed some maintenance. I’d stay here again

The location of the hotel is superb! 6 min walk to yeoksam station, many restaurants & eating shops nearby. We arrived very early in the morning & they were kind enough to provide us a place with shower to freshen up. The lady at the night shift name Sue is such a lovely woman, we asked her any good jajangmyeong nearby and she is so sweet that she listed us 3 shops with remark of nearest, most popular & highest reviews then stick it at our door. I must say we had a great stay at the hotel, will definitely come back again!

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. We were helped really well with our late check-in after 23:00. We liked that they have a laundry room free of use. We didn’t use the gym but seemed all equipments needed were there. The room also had a nice Japanese style toilet and the water pressure of the shower was so good! Only negative part was the main attractions (palaces, Hongdae, old city) were quite far away. However, there are lots of restaurants and breakfast places closeby! The bed was also all the small side for us Dutch people (1.92m).

Short way from two subway stations, easy check in and check out, extremely welcoming reception. Rooms are good size compared to many hotels in Seoul. A lot of places to eat and supermarkets just around the hotel.

Close to restaurant very convenient. Friendly staffs speak English

The hotel and location were very nice. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I found strange was that there are no service members on duty between 11:00pm and 8:00am (I might be off by 30 minutes). This wasn’t a big issue until my final night of stay, where the people staying next door were screaming at each other for an hour, and there was nobody to call to tell these people to shut up or leave. I would have done it myself, but as I was recovering from surgery, I wasn’t ready to throw elbows with anyone.

Highly recommend for duo stay with friend..their shower room..toilet room and washbadin..all are separated..It save time when you're in hurry..I could taking shower while my friend using toilet. But washbasin is right next to the bed.!! this@s a bit weird. Anyway we've got a clean room with twin beds. thier room is larger than other hotels compare to the same price. Their amenity is stardardized..the most I like is hair conditioning. The location is ok..not far from bus stop but subway is a bit farer. Their staffs are calm. In overall..I appreciated. PS.
