Ulasan Hapjeong Namgyung Hotel

Positives- room was bigger than average in Seoul, less than 10min walk to the taxi and the bed itself was clean. Negatives - upon arrival at 4pm I didn't realise I'd booked a later check in at 8pm. Was not a problem and I just wanted to drop off my bag and leave again. I was told this was not possible at all. I asked multiple times if the bag can just be placed in the room or left In storage only be told they have no luggage storage space available and if I wanted to put my bag in my room I would have to pay an extra 30,000K to check in early. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at reception said no. I had no choice but to pay the fee the fee. At no point when booking did it say that there was no luggage available. I've also checked on their actual website and this is not mentioned anywhere. The room itself was very dated and only minimal effort was made to make sure the bathroom cleaned and the bedsheets changed. The photographs below are evidence enough of the cleanliness of the place. The mattresses had a plastic protector on it which made for an uncomfortable night sleep and the power outlets did not work for my travel adapter (only time this has happened in my entire trip and also happened to another lady at reception). Based on the customer service alone I would not recommend this place and I will be looking to get a refund.

I think it's perfect for people who just want to sleep! There were several yellow stains on the bathtub, so I was reluctant to take a shower. There were no USB-type outlets, so a converter is essential!

This is one of the most cost-effective hotels (motels) near Hapjeong. There is no breakfast, but there is Hapjeong Food Alley, represented by Hapjeongok, nearby, so it is fully covered. Hapjeong Club Street is 10 minutes away, so it's great for hanging out. I stay at Braun every time I go.

We will give you a lot of amenities so you can stay without bringing anything ♡ I also got mineral water (⁠^⁠^⁠) It was saved because there was a set of cosmetics. The front desk was also kind and gentle (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)⁠✧⁠*⁠. I would like to stay again! I'm really thankful to you.

A good hotel in Hapjeong.. The room is a little dark, but it is still clean and well-maintained.

It was much darker and older than the photo, so it was a bit scary. The location was good and we were able to accommodate early check-out.

It looks okay from the pictures, but the environment in the room is indeed a bit old, and it doesn't feel the same as the pictures. The most terrible thing is that the smell of smoke in the room is so strong that it is unbearable😥 But the good thing is that they changed the room and gave us a room of the same price, and changed us to a room without the smell of smoke. Finally, after looking around, I decided to go home and live. . What makes people feel a little uncomfortable is that after visiting the second room, I directly told the front desk clerk that we are not staying in the hotel room, and he also responded yes, so we packed our luggage in the first room (we put the luggage before Put it in the room and changed clothes and went out for a walk) We were urged to go down before we were ready to leave for five minutes. I thought in my heart that I couldn't stay here anymore and you didn't even wait ten minutes? And I didn’t ask you to refund the money😓 (I guess it’s because the three of us went upstairs together and were afraid that the three of us would live here??) Let’s just say that the price here is really what you get for what you pay for. It's just okay if you don't consider the environment for accommodation.

環境大但是很老舊，廁所三面都是鏡子，一進去以為養鬼了，床邊也是大鏡子，入門也有鏡子，馬桶和鏡子正對着。燈很昏暗，床墊的塑料膜沒拆每動一下就有塑料袋的聲音，蓋的被子也有點像塑料躺在那裡我還以為我是屍體呢😊第二天連滾帶爬退房了
