Rukhad Jungle Camp

Rukhad Jungle Camp is probably one of the most remarkable locations I have ever been to in all the decades of my travel. In middle of the jungle with tigers and leopards and deers and all sorts of wild animals roaming freely around you. It's an surreal experience. However, the property is not run like a Jungle themed lodge.I was here for few days, and did a train of all Jungle Camp Properties. And I have mixed feelings about this one Location is the best. It's located right in the forest and has a beautiful lake view with the forest in front of you. Perfect place for peace and natural wildlife. Knteraction time with both the managers Ketan and Zenab- that is IF you get time with them as they are very busy driving in and out all the time Room hygiene is very nice and the person takes care well of the room service. Ajay was excellent and had a great chat with him too. The Rukhad zone is absolutely beautiful and dense and safari experience is too good. Must take atleast 1 safari for the forest. There are some things which leave you disappointed Food is below average, oily and spicy No two food items have tasted the same. Even the taste of tea is not consistent. No staff, it's just the managers who will entertain you, drive you, bring your food, take your orders, even pick up your bags and dirty plates sometime There are guests who come with kids to their jungle property, so please check before you book to make sure there are no small kids staying next to you or it will completely spoil your experience Service does not match the price Avoid going to the restaurant , as it's not the kind of class of crowd you could expect. Better to have tiffin in the room. And food will be given hot and on time. Terrible cars for transfer - Cars are in bad shape and very noisy and broken which does not match the purpose of going inside the jungle Cheap grade amenities provided in the room like plastic toiletries, loose switchboards and broken bulbs Highway makes a little noise - but can't do anything about it Inspite of all this, I still give this property 4 stars only because of the passion, dedication and sincerity with which I saw the staff whatever few there were working there. They made sure all my requests were met with a smile. They made my stay comfortable and memorable with all their amazing stories and knowledge they shared. Hats off to their hardwork and constant energy! Truly grateful to Ketan and Zenab for an amazing experience. And if I ever come back to this place, it will be only for it's people.

It was wonderful Jungle Safari. It was full of adventure. Watching leopard in jungle was lifetime experience . Jal Mahal stay was comfortable, close to nature . Helpful event manager and other staff.Food was good.Very punctual and cooperative staff.

It was great experience in Jalmahal Rukhad, both Zainab and Ketan were excellent in providing all help and support. Food provided to us was very delicious and hot though it was coming from too far. Rooms very excellent with all five star facilities. I keep getting calls from Zainab and Ketan if any thing required. They both were available when we reach there and welcome us and also Zainab was present when we left for Pune. Thank you Jungle Bhidu and specially Zainab and Ketan for making our trip most memorable.
