Hotel Spa di Seogwipo

Hotel Bridge Seogwipo was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. While the breakfast buffet could be improved, overall, it was a great choice for our Jeju trip.

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

Breakfast: quite average, no surprises, pretty good. Room: The bathroom is the smallest among the five-star hotels I have ever stayed in, and the overall design is traditional. Facilities: The indoor swimming pool is small and there are too many people to swim in in winter. There is a fee except for the swimming pool and gym. Activities: It is recommended to make a reservation. Although they only speak Korean, just follow along. Overall: This is a five-star hotel that charges fees everywhere. The hotel focuses on environmental protection, but there is no water dispenser to fill the water. It only provides two free bottles of water a day, and you have to pay for the rest. Location: If you want to go out to eat, you can find the restaurant by car in about 10 minutes. Service: Nothing special. Only the counter speaks English, the rest is not very fluent.

Three of us stayed in an ocean villa with a pool. The room was very spacious and the staff were very kind and comfortable! They spoke Japanese as well◎ I asked them to heat the pool water, and although the website said it was possible to do so for 1,100 yen, I was actually charged 110,000 won (about 11,500 yen in Japanese yen).

Overall, the trip was good. The location was relatively close to bus stations and there are quite a few restaurants around. Unfortunately the gym and sauna room close at 8:20. We thought this was a little early.

The inside of the accommodation is clean and very well maintained. I chose the kids family room because I had kids, and it was convenient because it was equipped with toys and the interior design was tailored to children. The breakfast menu also has a good variety. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel, so sometimes you have to park in the second parking lot or on the road outside the hotel. The swimming pool was warm because it was a heated pool, but the temperature was chilly in early March so I couldn't play for long. There was a movie playing near the pool and fun music, so the atmosphere was nice. Afterwards, I ate a lot of chicken and beer. The disappointing thing is that the indoor heating was so hot that I slept poorly. It seems like the heating temperature is not controlled well. I want to visit again next time

I came here last year and I had good memories of it, so I chose it again on this trip to Jeju🌞 The accommodation is very clean, and there is a black pork restaurant right in front, so you can eat delicious food and get drunk It is also great for climbing Mt. Halla
