Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

房間設施很好，面積衹夠大，自助餐蟹腿不錯的。交通便利，值得再次重温。大浴場的露天温泉相當不錯，水質不知道在日本的排位。

とても綺麗で立派なホテルです。
家族旅行で利用しましたが、朝晩のビュッフェは品揃えが多く、とても満足しました。
特に夜はお寿司や牛タン等豪華に揃えられています。
仙台駅までの往復シャトルバスが運行していますが、事前予約がないと満員の可能性があります。
私が宿泊前日に電話した際には朝の仙台行きが早い時間しか空きがなかったため、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらいました。
飲食店はあまりありませんが、有名なスーパー「さいち」が近いので訪れることをおすすめします。

自助餐好食，蟹腳好多，成座山咁，牛舌都好食，壽司嘅米超好食，係山形米，可惜泳池無開，商店有好多手信買，酒店房間走廊都有特色

這溫泉裡館的員工很熱情親切，很用心也很有禮貌，讓人感到很舒適。房間空間感不錯，大堂寬敞帶點豪華。溫也泉很舒適。晚餐款式很多整體還好但味道不太突出。有個建議酒店應加個電郵聯繫方法，用日本電話號碼聯繫太不方便了。
