Booked here for the last night. The scenery is very nice. It has a different smell on cloudy and sunny days. There is a swimming pool by the sea. You can snorkel and provide masks and snorkels for free. There are many fish. It is the only one on the island. It is very quiet. The room is spacious, but the smell is a bit strong. The water is yellow. Overall, it is good. The service of the staff is satisfactory. There is not much communication. It feels like you live on this island by yourself. You can eat by yourself when it’s time to eat. Maybe this is a vacation? The only very bad thing is that I contacted the hotel by phone and emailed many times before checking in, but I didn’t receive any response. Because I have to take a boat to the island, there is a pier address, but even though I asked the locals, I couldn’t find this address. I tried to contact the resort but didn’t get any response, which led to a long search for the pier on the day of check-in. No one will take the initiative to contact you on the day of check-in.

The water house is really great. The resort has a boat shuttle so you don't have to worry about transportation. Three meals are also included in the package, and the food is quite fresh. The weather was very good for the two days of vacation, so the sea water was very clear and transparent. I couldn't wait to go to the sea after putting down my luggage. What's surprising is that you can go directly into the water in the water house!!! In addition, there are many water recreational facilities, such as snorkeling, glass boats, sea swings, etc. I won't list them one by one. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

As long as you can tolerate the possibility of not being able to contact the boss, J people were panicked when they couldn't wait for the boat at the pier at the agreed time, everything else was perfect, and finally found the boss and went out to sea half an hour late to the water affairs. It took 20 minutes to go out to the water house, which was relatively far away from the land. The sea view of the water house was very good, and the room was actually better than expected. The owner of the water house is hospitable and attentive, and will also provide professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured during the trip because we are not good at water, the owner of the water house thoughtfully bandaged our wounds and treated them properly. All in all, this is a very good place worth recommending. The Crystal Water Villa in Semporna, Malaysia, boasts a charming jelly sea, a clean and hygienic environment. My stay at Jelly Sea Resorts was incredible. We were amazed at the view from the resort, the clear water, and the Bohey Dulang view from afar. We were told that we were the first Malay to stay at the resort (mostly Chinese tourists), it was such an achievement and honored 🥇😂. The room was big enough and what we liked about the room was that it had a patio where we could relax, provided with a netting bed and a ladder to go down swimming or snorkeling right from our own room. I would recommend Jelly Sea Resorts to anyone who wants to experience Semporna. It also provides 3 meals a day (breakfast-lunch-dinner) included in your booking and a boat transfer from the land to the resort and vice versa. The only thing we would comment on for improvement is to provide toilet bidet sprayer.

I don’t think I have ever written a review of a hotel. I returned home from Semporna after a transfer in the middle of the night, but my heart was still in the water house in Semporna. It was my first time to Malaysia. I saw that this water villa was new and had high ratings, so I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. The result was really beyond my expectations. The thoughtful arrangements made by the Chinese butler, the clean yacht for pick-up and drop-off, and the warm and honest black people all made our anxiety turn into peace of mind. Along the way, everyone was amazed by the jelly-like ocean, the clearly visible starfish, and the various small fishes everywhere. The clean rooms, the quiet environment with only six rooms, the fresh and hygienic dishes, the fun of being able to go down from the public area to play in the water and catch crabs at any time, the simple black people who took close care of us while diving and took us to visit the Bajau people, all left our family with a good impression of Semporna and even Malaysia. Because the sun is too strong and the lighting for taking pictures is not good, let the beautiful scenery be recorded in your eyes and heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Semporna. It's such a great experience.

It is also free to change change, directly at the real-time exchange rate, without charging additional fees, and you can exchange it for RMB if it is not used up. The food here is also good. You can go to the town to buy it and then ask the boss to help process it. During the processing, you can wash and clean up, and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner. It is really comfortable. The lights are on at night, the homestay is super beautiful, and there is also a swimming pool, you can let go and take pictures. If you bring children, it is also a good place for leisure and entertainment. It is also very convenient to go to the airport. You can ask the boss to help you book a car to pick you up and pay the fare. The boss will arrange it for you. It is really a wonderful experience. Here, you can really feel the joy of vacation. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a paradise. Also, when we came that day, it was noon, and there was no room available. I was also very tired and didn’t want to go out. The boss also asked very considerately, and then let us eat something first. Although it was breakfast, it was delicious for us who had just finished the plane. There was also free mineral water. For us who were tired at the time, our hearts were really warm. Of course, the price may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in town, but it is really not expensive for his service. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is worth recommending.

If you don't take the shuttle bus, it's not expensive to take a taxi yourself. Recommended!

It is very close to the town and will arrange pick-up. If you want to dive, you can also directly contact Mr. Luo to make an appointment~ We did deep diving and snorkeling this time. It was very fun! Mr. Luo is super nice! You can ask him to take you to buy seafood and pick durian! He can help you bargain and choose well! They can directly process seafood here, which is much cheaper than in town and also very delicious!

We loved our stay here at Santiri Island Resort. We celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary and it lived up to our expectation. The resort was beautiful, it was small and intimate and not many rooms, which we enjoy because it limits the crowd on the island. It really felt like we had the island to ourselves. The picture doesn't do its justice. You need to go there to see it for yourself. The resort is unique as it has a sandbank when it's low tide, good for pictures taking or taking a stroll. The food was delicious and you could also get them to cook your seafood that you buy from the sea gypsies. They will try their best to entertain your request. You can snorkel, kayak and paddleboard around the area. The corals are very nice here. The staff here was very helpful and friendly, I would like to thank Dato' (owner), Mandy and Sam and other staff for your hospitality. We Will definitely come back here!
