Great hotel, having never skied in Italy before we were apprehensive about having to get a bus every day but it was extremely easy to get to the slopes and neighbouring towns from the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and food was excellent every evening with plenty of choice. Spa was excellent and much needed after a day of skiing. Booked a return trip for next year as we enjoyed it so much.

Comfortable hotel, excellent food with plentiful and varied choice. All staff without exception helpful and cheerful. Bar prices on a par with town. Have booked again for next year so i guess that says it all. Buses are nearby but infrequent so timing important. The bus towards st christina drops you on the Saslong red, which you need to be a confident intermediate to ski first thing. Otherwise book lockers by the main gondola in town and walk there in comfy shoes in morning.

Absolutely outstanding!. We have now stayed here 9 times & it is our absolute go to in Selva. The rooms are decorated & furnished to a high standard & are so comfortable. There is a fantastic spa area with steam room, Jacuzzi & sauna which is fabulous after a day skiing. The food is excellent with a large salad buffet each night before 3 other courses.The starter & main course are selected each morning, except on a Sunday when there is a 5 course Gala dinner. Breakfast is again buffet style with numerous cereals, meats, cheese, eggs, fruit, bread, pastries & cakes. . Nothing is too much for the staff who who are fantastic. The hotel is perfectly placed for easy access to the ski slops, either by a short 10 minute walk to the main ski lift or by accessing the bus stop outside the hotel. After a 5 minute journey, you get off & then ski down to the bottom of the Saslong lift.

Excellent food, nice rooms, great spa area (lovely dry sauna and foot spa). Food most nights had seconds and they were very welcome. Waiters were very nice, and spoke English well. The wifi was good in rooms but not the best in the bar but that was a minor detail that didn't hinder anything really. I will and have recommended this hotel and the resort and hope to come back maybe in the winter for skiing or again in the summer for hiking!

Lovely hotel, could not fault anything! The food was fantastic, great selection every night and loved the salad bar. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel had the best spa area we have ever had the pleasure of using. Rooms were comfy and immaculately clean. Perfect hotel! We had an incredible holiday, thank you!

We stayed at Hotel La Pineta one week ago. We found everything to be fantastic to include the outstanding customer service, the cleanliness, the food, and the location. If you are coming here to ski or hike, or just to relax, this hotel will not disappoint. We loved everything, and especially getting to know our fellow guests as the week progressed. The location was excellent with the local bus service just steps away. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday such a wonderful experience.

The location & facilities are fantastic, but most of all I'd like to say the people Elisa & mother & family were great to my wife & I. My wife had a bad accident on the slopes & the hotel went out of its way to make life as best they could for us The surrounding & skiing & the food is fabulous. Best by a mile. What a superb hotel, difficult to fault anything. Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy in typical Austrian style. Food was Superb, some authentic Italian dishes with plenty of choice served to a high standard. Drinks were very reasonable in price, excellently served by the bar man Francisco. SPA was enjoyed by all, small but modern and clean. The hotel was superbly run with very quiet and efficient staff, worked like clockwork. Don’t let the location put you off, it’s literally 10mins walk to the main ciampinol lift. This review was for a superb week in Selva end Feb 2022. The only issues we had were Crystal who were useless from beginning to end, but La Pineta made sure our holiday was top notch.
