We checked in, toured the room (101), and decided not to stay. At €700 per night, it simply didn’t meet expectations. While there is a small disclaimer in the booking confirmation stating that photos are “for reference only,” the difference in quality and design felt misleading — as if relying on guests to quietly accept whatever they’re given. I hope that’s not intentional; otherwise, it raises questions about transparency and integrity. We raised our concerns with the manager/owner, who insisted it was the correct room type. It may be subjective, but I believe the photos speak for themselves. No alternative solutions were offered, not even the option to pay extra for an upgrade. On a positive note, they did provide a prompt refund, which we appreciated though it felt more like a way to move on quickly rather than a genuine attempt to address the issue. One would expect a bit more effort from what’s meant to be a five-star experience. If you're considering this hotel, it’s worth being cautious.
