Apartments Gutonhof

We stayed in Gutonhof one week at the end of February, everything was so wonderful, super relaxing place but with all comforts that you need. View from the maso and his location were so nice, kindness and tips of Heidi so precious and breakfast so healthy but at the same time delicious! The attention to details visible everywhere. Rooms are not ventilated, full of humidity and mold! Cold at nights because they lower the temperature. Clothes and towels are not drying. We tried to open windows and put higher temperature, but hostess came screaming that we cannot touch the thermostats. We booked sauna few times for addtional price for 2 hours but after one hour it was shutted down. We said all this to hostess but all she said is "not possible" . The mold was there before we came but she told that it was because of us 😀 rude hostess and quality not that you expect for 2000eur/week. Only good thing was the view.

Wir haben den Gutonhof nun schon zum dritten Mal besucht und wurden jedes Mal mit ansteckender Herzlichkeit als Freunde willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnungen sind rustikal-modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Zudem bietet die erstklassige Lage einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge – ein Anblick, an dem man sich wohl nie sattsehen kann! Die Familie Perathoner ist den ganzen Tag für ihre Gäste da und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Ob Restaurantempfehlungen, Ausflugstipps oder Wandertouren – wir wurden immer bestens beraten. Die leckeren hofeigenen Produkte und der Brötchenservice sorgen außerdem für einen perfekten Start in den Tag. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Wir durften das Winter-Saisonende am Gutonhof in der Wohnung STEVIA verbringen. Der Hof steht hoch über Wolkenstein, aber mit dem Skibus erreicht man das Skigebiet ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für 4 Personen und ist küchentechnisch recht gut ausgerüstet. Ein echtes Highlight war der Wellnessbereich. Diesen kann man für sich buchen und bietet ein herrliches Dampfbad, eine Sauna und wer möchte auch noch ein Jacuzzi. Die Perathoners sind äusserst hilfsbereite und supernette Gastgeber. Hier kann man wirklich voll ausspannen und nur geniessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Andreas

Location fantastica, come anche l’appartamento ma come già scritto nelle altre recensioni, la gestione è approssimativa. Gli appartamenti sono poco accessoriati: non sai dove scaldare una fetta di pane, non ci sono tazzine per il caffè, manca la centrifuga per insalata, le forbici, presente solo un coltello che non taglia (quello del pane lo abbiamo dovuto richiedere), Sicuramente gentili nel rispondere alle richieste ma non si può continuamente chiedere tutto ciò che manca!!! Come già scritto da altri a quel prezzo ci si aspetta un po’ di più, come anche non pagare in aggiunta il wellness (30€ ad utilizzo)!Anacronistico inoltre dover pagare in contanti.

Il maso si trova nel cuore di uno dei posti più belli del mondo la Val Gardena e il proprietario è un famoso sciatore che ha fatto la storia in Italia. Non era la prima volta che eravamo ospiti nelle strutture del circuito Gallo Rosso, e questa tra l'altro era l'unico maso con votazione 5 fiori , e in passato in altre strutture simili ci siamo sempre trovati no bene...benissimo! Purtroppo invece questa volta niente era in linea con quanto atteso, considerato anche il costo non indifferente del soggiorno. Faccio un semplice elenco delle cose negative: Appartamento per 6 persone : 2 letti non erano letti singoli ma brandine ; un letto matrimoniale non era fatto al nostro arrivo, e non solo la proprietaria non ha provveduto dandoci in mano le lenzuola alla nostra richiesta, ma le lenzuola erano vecchie e bucate; la pentola più grande andava bene per cuocere per 2/3 persone e le posate erano per 4 p; non era presente ne' forno normale ne' microonde; la SpA era compresa nel prezzo solo il lunedì...gli altri giorni era a pagamento e la piccola vasca a idromassaggio aveva dei gettoni a tempo; i bagni erano 2 uno moderno e uno datato ma la cosa più grave e' che verso le 18-19 l' acqua della doccia era fredda perché se più appartamenti in quel momento stavano usando la doccia non ce ne era per tutti. Di solito si dice: poco pagare poco avere. Ma in questo caso non ci sono giustificazioni che tengano. Non ci tornerò più e non lo consiglio assolutamente.
