Our G Adventures tour group came to town to explore the Ancient Ruins at Ephesus. This hotel proved to be very good. The room was spacious, the shower pressure excellent, the Wi-Fi strong and the AC powerful. If you are a person who enjoys alcoholic beverages then you are in luck as literally across street you can buy beer, wine, and spirits at a place called the Cetin Free Shop.

I stayed here for two nights with an Explore tour group. I was in room 301 and managed to capture about 10 bed bugs that I believe were in the quilt that was in the wardrobe. I showed the bugs to the reception desk but he had no response, let alone an apology, at being presented with the creatures. It appears that nothing has been done since the previous person complained about bed bugs.

On 3 October we having arrived at this hotel with a group. We were ushered to 2nd floor to find rooms weren’t ready. The hotel manager came up to the floor and ushered us into a roomthat had ostensibly been cleaned Next morning I wake up with at least 70 bedbug bites that literally multiplied as they “ripened” and appeared slowly as bites do 3 weeks later I still have all of them though many have quietened down with regular application of cortisol cream. I am immune compromised and my mast cell activity has gone haywire after these bites. Suffice to say this completely ruined the rest of my holiday in Turkey: furthermore when I arrived in UK to visit friends before travelling home to Canada I had to cancel these visits and book costly hotels because I didn’t want to take bedbugs into friend’s houses !! I had to make two trips to medical clinics uh both UK and Canada and still I am suffering the aftermath of this revolting infestation It’s damn Shame that the hotel did not clean rooms adequately. Not at alI certain they closed room down to others. I reported it to our tour guide who tackled the matter with hotel and asked us to write to the tour company we were travelling with.no zoology

Hotel Cenka Ephesus is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit. I always have a great time here. The atmosphere is lovely, and I particularly enjoy the backyard. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean......................................

Staff hotel is very kind frendly ,they tell me everyting that i want. close to tourist attractions and places I want to visit local people are very friendly and kind the second day of staying the wind was blowing very hard but I felt calm in the hotel Very recomend hotel fell like home ☺️👍👍

This hotel was a mixed bag. The beds were clean and comfortable and our room was large with a view of the street. However the shower didn’t work, the hot water was intermittent and the breakfast was disappointing. It is situated close to the centre of the town and opposite and near good cheap restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’d return.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Greeted by a large lobby, we were off to our rooms. Ours has a queen bed and a single, fridge, in room safe, small TV, A/C, and bathroom with shower. Not much of a view. East walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping, ATM’s. Laundry service available. Breakfast was included with stay (fresh fruit, tomato, cucumber, cheese, meat, breads, cereals, boiled eggs)

This was our 4th time visiting this beautiful hotel. The reasons we keep returning: Delicious breakfast with a huge choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless throughout the hotel and grounds. Great entertainment team.
