Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing hotel the rooms are very clean and quiet everywhere was very clean too Very polite staff and friendly Su and muhemmet at down stairs bar were very friendly and nice We really had a great time there Definitely will choose this hotel again.

we arrived home from our holiday on 21st Oct, I must say after reading some reviews I was a little bit apprehensive but we had the best week ever! My children 1 and 4 loved every minute, In fact we all did! Room- we arrived late at night and our room was ready for us on arrival, reception staff were friendly, very quick check in process and informed us there was a late night buffet if we would like anything to eat. We stayed in a standard room, travel cot was set up in bedroom as requested for my 1 year old. The room was very spacious, lovely and clean and the balcony was huge. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel/ swim up rooms which tbh I preferred as it was quieter. There was a light up sign outside the room which you could turn on or off to allow the cleaning staff to enter, the mini fridge was also stocked up daily providing the light outside your door was green. Pools- the outdoor pools were cold but once in it was fine, both of my children went in. There is also an indoor heated pool which has a little outside area too, my children loved spending time in there. We didn’t use the water slides but noticed they were on for a few hours each day. My 4 year old loved the splash park with the smaller slides, yes it was cold but it didn’t stop her having fun! Food- for me the food was one of my main concerns but all of us found something to eat every day, my children aren’t big eaters but they enjoyed lunch at the snack bar (burgers, pizzas, fish, jacket potato’s, cream!!). Each evening was a different theme in the main restaurant, some nights better than others but we didn’t go hungry. I’d say my only issue was the amount of flys. Often found myself swatting them away whilst eating, seen them around the buffet etc. There was a lot of flys everywhere in the hotel tbh maybe it’s the time of year i don’t know but id say that was the only downfall to our whole holiday. Entertainment- the animation team were amazing! All such lovely people, they weren’t pushy if you didn’t want to join in, they were fab with my children. My oldest loved taking part in the mini disco. There was a different show on each evening at the stage followed by either bingo, Kareoke, quiz, games in the snack bar afterwards or on one night there was a beach party. We won bingo one night and got quite a few lovely prizes. The animation team held activities during the day, games in and around the pool. There was a oktober fest on the field one day which had entertainment, kids bouncy castles, kids club and more!! We never felt as though we had nothing to do. Shops- the shops in the hotel are quite expensive for things like sun cream etc so make sure you bring plenty. The clothes shops are reasonably priced as well as the jewellery shop and shoe shop, the man who works in the jewellery/shoe shop is lovely! We didn’t use the hairdressers I thought it was quite expensive. Beach- we only went into the beach on one day of our holiday but there was plenty of loungers, sha

We visited Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort in early April and, while the weather wasn’t on our side, the resort itself made up for it. The facilities are excellent, and the sea-view suite we stayed in was spacious, modern, and definitely worth the upgrade. The entertainment team truly stood out special shout-out to Tony and Onur, who were out from morning to night chatting with guests and keeping spirits high. They really made a difference to our stay. The resort is right on a beautiful beach, has a great pool area, and the food was varied and good quality. We didn’t get to enjoy everything due to the weather, but we’d definitely come back in warmer months.

Just returned from this fabulous hotel after spending a week there with family. Rooms were amazing - large, modern with beautiful furnishings and extremely comfortable. We had a large balcony with a land view but beautiful side sea-view. Cleaned every day and fresh towels daily. The pool area(s) were stunning and just wished the water wasn't as cold as it was, too cold to swim unfortunately. Food - was plentiful, lots of choice but for me, I would have preferred it to be much hotter, however, this would not put me off returning. The whole place is cleaned to perfection every day - every area is spotless. Bar area is beautiful with a gorgeous terrace looking out over towards the beach. Every member of staff we came across were so friendly, helpful and efficient. This was our first time in Turkey and it certainly delivered! Would definitely love to go back to this gorgeous place, but we're now looking at other resorts/hotels in Turkey of this standard. We loved it - was amazing for the little ones too.

Having a lovely time at the korumar Ephesus, great hotel, amazing entertainment for children and adults alike throughout the day and into the evening. Huge selection of food all very tasty. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hopefully will be back again.

The definition of mediocrity Good points: Clean 2 members of staff are capable of their job Spa is lovely and nice staff Nicely maintained beach Bad points: Service- no served drinks poolside, no tables in restaurant, tables always dirty despite staff being stood around, rarely served a drink with lunch or evening meals. Only 1-2 members of staff on the pool bar resulting in large queues. Most of the staff are unhelpful/have poor attitudes. Lots of children on school trips, which were out of control with little input from hotel staff. During our stay we had a fire alarm and evacuation due to children setting off an alarm, football being played in the bar area at 10pm with sofa cushions being thrown on the floor as goal posts, children ringing door bells and running away at all hours of the night. These issues were raised to reception and guest relations however were only met with a shrug. Food- cold food in the buffet, poor selection mostly containing mystery meat, a la carte restaurant served raw rice, no bars served freshly prepared meals other than the poor experience in the a la carte. Hotel- bland, no character, Turkey’s answer to a premier inn. Sunbeds are poor quality and uncomfortable. Lack of toilet facilities around the pool. Entertainment- little to no entertainment, sports bar shut before 9pm some evenings. All bars look like conference rooms, event staff are not engaging.
