Dari luar memang cantik tapi dalaman no comment masa first dapat bilik air bocor sampai masuk dalam area tingkap and katil. Bila dah tukar bilik peti sejuk pulak takda biasa hotel sediakan air mineral tapi ni takda 😅. Dalam bilik kat sinki ada yang tak cuci bersih bukan apa jangan luar je cantik dalaman tak jaga. Please lepasni alert sikit cust bayar bukan tak bayar. Masa dapat bilik first bocor tu pun pura2 taktau padahal mesti tau punya kan yang bilik tu bocor ?🤣 tapi takpa la kira halal but takkan book dah 😅

The room was not well-maintained—specifically, the window lock was broken, and it appeared the hotel hadn’t inspected it beforehand. This was especially concerning given that the room was on the third floor, and the window could be easily pushed open, which poses a safety risk, particularly for families with children. We also had to downgrade to a cheaper room due to lack of availability, which added to the overall disappointment.

From 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, several guests, including myself, were trying to check out, but there was no staff available at the reception. We tried calling the contact number provided at the counter countless times, but no one answered. If it weren’t for the deposit I had paid, I would have left without returning the room key. Left with no choice, I went to work and returned at noon to complete the check-out process. When I finally saw the receptionist and asked why no one was available in the morning, they gave no response. The service was truly terrible, and I will not be returning.

- The place is okay. Since it is located around Selayang, we cannot avoid jammed. However, i like the hotel
- sheet is dirty. I don't know how many people use the same sheet
- service is great. I ask for late check out and the receptionist is okay with it. My deposit is not deducted.
- There are pipe leaking on the sink of my bathroom.
Overall, it is okay. I really like the hotel
