這根本不是一個酒店 是民宿！
預訂前看到網上的圖片 房間都是陽光明媚的 立馬就訂了
結果給我住的是負一樓 也就是地下室
感覺被欺騙了！！！！
即使外面晴空萬里 房間也照不到一絲陽光
非常壓抑 不能退也不給換 我硬着頭皮住了四晚
住了四晚 沒有人來打掃過房間
房間的通風設備是壞的
洗手間發臭
1500多塊一晚 住這樣的房間 真是坑人！！！！

Loved the area, so many locations were of walking distance, the night life is close by and Sonder the Boylston was an overall great place to stay very clean and lovely my only complaint would be that our sink was slow to drain out. The lockers in the lobby made it really convenient to arrive early, store our luggage and explore the city while it came time to check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay at another one of their locations! Thank you ******* for recommending Sonder.

Wonderful spot! Great place to stay, located in one of the historically LGBTQ neighborhoods of Seattle, around the corner from one of the best independent bookstores ever (Elliott Bay Book Company), and great places to eat. The only complaint I have is that I did not see any mention of there being no elevator, which is vital info for many people.

The only issue with the room is that apparently the air conditioning system is not ready and there was a portable cooling unit that did the job but is extremely loud. Everything else is very nice.

Very clean, compact, comfortable, quiet, safe studio apartment. No elevator, just stairs. Great location. No full time on site staff but self checkin was easy. Would stay again.

Traveling alone on business, this was a comfortable, clean, and safe hotel. Rooms are tiny though and there is no elevator, so be prepared for that. If you need an iron and and ironing board or microwave, you will need to ask for it. Mine came about 2 hours after I requested it. There does seem to be someone onsite in mornings, but that's it. Also, there is a grocery store an easy walk away and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

Beware of Room 201. It is right next to the building's entrance and VERY NOISEY. Also, the rooms are tiny and poorly equipped. Sonder uses iPhone technology for everything from reservations to check-in and even the door locks. NO FRONT DESK and NO ELEVATORS. Only a part-time attendant. It's like staying in a Uber.

Our studio room was the perfect size, it was basically BRAND new, very Ikea-show room vibe. A/C was amazing.
Definitely needed blackout curtains, and the shower was very below average (needed a better shower head). Other than that, we loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. It was SO clean.
