While located in the heart of Capitol Hill, the townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay. This townhome has the largest square foot layout compared to similar listings in the cluster! The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1224 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with one step to entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
