Downtown is just a 10 minute ride. The space This entire space is completely private with separate entrance, quiet and comfortable, with A/C and heated floors in every room. Amenities include a fully stocked Nespresso coffee/tea bar, mini fridge with creamer/Oatmilk and Brita water, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace/desk, and a back patio with a firepit/seating area (Summer). Sanitized mat for your yoga practice pleasures, indoor or on the clean, large deck. Owners live and work onsite; happy to respond to any questions or say hello. There is plenty of free street parking. Guest access Access is around the left side of the house, along pavers, to the back patio, keyless entry. Please note, there is landscaping and beautiful foliage surrounding pavers, and luggage can be easily carried for the 30 feet to the entrance. Pavers may be slightly unleveled, so please use caution at night. Area will be well lit. Please see photos. University District Farmers Market is open Saturday’s from 9-2. Other things to note All bedding and towels are 100% Cotton, and ethically sourced (Nordstrom). All cleaning products are highest standards across ingredients, sustainability and social welfare.
