Step into our welcoming haven, where comfortable accommodations await up to 8 guests. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed for restful nights, while the second and third bedroom adorns charming queen accommodations and the forth bedroom has 2 full size beds for extra space to spread out. Bask in the natural light that floods into the open floor plan, inviting you to unwind. In preparation for your arrival to Seabrook Island can you please send over the names and cell phone numbers of drivers for any additional car pass other than your own that you may need for your stay. You are allowed up to 4 car passes that will be waiting at the security gate for each driver. If you do not need an additional pass please let us know. You and your guests will be sent a QR code via text that allows entry to the island. You will not be permitted to enter without this code Guests for this property have full access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities but be sure to stop by the amenity office @ 1101 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island, SC 29455 on the way on to the island to pick your Amenity Cards up to give you access to all clubs and restaurants on the island. You will pay a $15 deposit on your card and it will be refunded once the card is returned to the office. Parking for 4 -and only 4- vehicles provided. If guest reservation includes a Sunday, Guests MUST pull the trash can and recycle can located to the left of the garage in the fenced trash enclosure on Sunday evening, to the end of the driveway and retrieve Monday afternoon once the trash has been emptied. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Guests are responsible for following the Seabrook Ordinance rules. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion . Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
