The bedroom has a king bed and 40" HDTV. The bedroom has lovely views of the golf course. A renovated powder bath can be found on the first floor. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. This property includes access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools, however, you are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike.
