Solar Antigo is a must-visit in Coimbra for anyone seeking a top-notch experience. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and a stunning view of the city, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. They even included a small cake with a candle for the in-room breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The welcome sparkling wine and cake were also a delightful surprise. Their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

The biggest highlight of the homestay is the public kitchen and living room on the first floor. It is fully equipped and it is very convenient to make something to eat. The kitchen leads to the small courtyard of the hotel. There are two platforms up and down. Oranges are planted. The fruit is full and you can pick it at will. The hotel's cleaning aunt is very warm and friendly. If you have the opportunity to come to Coimbra again, you will definitely stay at this homestay.
