Ulasan B&B Hotel Strasbourg Nord Schiltigheim

It's an overrated place with highly unprofessional staff. Very very basic rooms with a tiny bathroom. Water overflows from the bathroom to the main room once we take the bath. The staff speaks only the native language. They don't understand English. So it's too hard to communicate with them. They won't even give a small drinking water. If we ask for water, they will simply say to drink from tap water. We had a terrible experience there and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Personeel does not speak English. We came and told to go away because there is no reservation. Then she corrected the mistake and give us a key and a room. We opened the door and there was someone inside. The room was not free. We got another room but it smells bad. The back of the bed is bad. Decoration has some sharp edges that hurt our baby at the night. Very bad experience and totally not recommended

住宿款項重複收款,已說明透過TRIP於10月份付款,並出示法文版訂單付款證明,仍堅持要我們現場付款否則無法入住, 當晚櫃台即發現錯誤重複收款(應是收到 TRIP 打款),當天員工不會退款作業,經反映給飯店後台仍搞不定, 隨即反映給TRIP客服,經過數日後 TRIP客服僅提供對方EMAIL要我自行聯繫追蹤。目前 12/23~1/15已逾3周仍未收到退款, 寫給飯店官方初期有回最後也無回應,兩邊客服都不行。TRIP 這邊還顯示結案??? 目前已告知信用卡公司該筆款項當爭議款自行處理中。非常差的體驗!!

Le petit dejeuné etait parfait

As you enter the car park you can pretty much see what your in for. Dirty rubbish everywhere. On entry to the foyer clearly work is underway however the presentation hasn’t been taken seriously for arriving guests. The rooms are dirty cobwebs on walls and ceilings. Bathrooms are of the cheap nautical style shower to small for an average sized person with a very cheap shower curtain which does not do its job with water falling onto the main floor. For the size of bed provided you have no room to unpack. If your resting your head for one night as a last resort maybe for more than two nights it’s a definite No! Breakfast … do not pay the money there’s a cafe across the road

The hotel was clean, staff was helpfull even if all didn't spoke English perfectt, they were helful and kind. Parking space were under the CCTV control. Room was clean. Breakfast was just perfeft. Very close to Tram ( 200 m).

The worst hotel in Strasbourg. Me and my family stayed at the B&B Hotel for 4 nights, the nightmare started right after check in when we found out that the elevator doesn't work and our room was in a 4th floor, which is not easy on my 62 years old mom. Once we get to the room it smells a lot like cigarettes, and it smelled the same through out the entire stay (the A/C unit didn't cool down much and as the handy guy that I like to be I peaked in and noticed so much dust, clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages). The front desk guy who attended my family and I at check in convinced us to buy in advance the breakfast, which is €8.50 per person per day, it seemed like a good deal since the lier front desk described an amazing breakfast which had about half of the things he said. So on the second day I decided to go and cancel the remaining 2 breakfast, there was another front desk guy and said that in the system only appears 3 so he can only reimburse for 1 more, I told him I don't care what the system says, I paid for 4, I have a receipt for 4, and it's been two days, after arguing for 25 minutes we diceded that they needed the money more than we do so we just let them take advantage of us.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Strasbourg. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre avec literie confortable. Cependant salle de bain pas bien entretenue, joints de la douche noirs, fuite dans les WC. Sols sales dans les parties communes, moquette tachée. Pas de personnel disponible si besoin.

La taille de la chambre est convenable, le confort de la literie rien à dire. En revanche la salle de bain, pas le top et même étonnant pour un b&b.... Petite, vieux rideau de douche, pas de pression au niveau de la chasse d'eau et il faut attendre 10min le soir dans la douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude... Le top revient à une fuite d'eau au plafond visiblement déjà signalée car il manquait une dalle au plafond et l'eau coule goute à goute sur le sol de la salle de bain depuis tellement longtemps que cela à fait perdre la couleur du lino.... Rien n'est mis pour éviter l'eau au sol bien glissant dans une salle de bain.... Niveau bruit nous avons eu l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte tellement nous entendions la route.... C'est la 1ere fois que je n'ai pas apprécié un b&b et que je ne le recommande pas !

Hôtel propre et rénové, très bon rapport qualité-prix si on s'y prend à l'avance. La déco est de goût contestable, mais pour 1 nuit ca va ! Un petit conseil : pas de grasse mat' arrivez tôt au petit déj (de qualité) le matin, car le choix se réduit à grande vitesse.

Très bon accueil. Le gérant est très aimable et au petit soin de ses clients. Il m'a même conseillé un très bon restaurant "Le Boucanier" à 5 minutes de marche ou l'accueil est la qualité du service et des plats sont parfait. Je recommande ces 2 établissements. Merci à eux. Jean-Marc 😊🙏😉

Réservé et payé par internet pour un week-end, le jour de notre arrivée, on nous appelle le soir pour nous prévenir que notre numéro de chambre au 1er étage + code avait changé. On nous donne 1 chambre au 4ème étage en nous indiquant que l'ascenseur est en panne!!!! En + on nous donne 1 code provisoire et que le lendemain soir il faudra repasser par l'accueil pour en demander 1 nouveau ! Je ne parle pas de la vétusté de la chambre et salle de bain. Et le comble pas d'eau chaude le dernier jour pour prendre sa douche !!!! Bref à éviter totalement.
